The most important questions focus on Jesus Christ's claim that He is the Son of God, whether Jesus actually died and rose from the dead..

The historical evidence for Jesus Christ the Messiah is long established. He is written about by Jewish and Roman historians.

About 20 years after Josephus we have the Roman politicians Pliny and Tacitus we learn that Jesus was executed while Pontius Pilate was the Roman prefect in charge of Judaea, and Tiberius was emperor. Pliny who was governor in Asia described Christians worshipping Jesus.
These numerous historical references among other facts show Jesus lived and also died.

Jesus and the major events of his life have been corroborated by ancient historians that were non-Christian sources. We also know the leaders who authorized Jesus’ death, Pilate and Caiaphas existed by historians and scholars writings. Archaeologists have found burial tombs in Jesus’ time period having a specific style which were used within the 1st century.

Jesus's historical existence is generally accepted among scholars. The evidence of Jesus Christ includes writings by historians, governor's and other eyewitnesses.

 For example, a Roman senator and historian Publius Tacitus referred to Jesus and his execution by Pontius Pilate:

"Christus [Christ], from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus,..."

Another example, Pliny of Younger, the governor of Pontus from 111 AD, (about 78 years after Jesus), part of a letter to the Roman Emperor Trajan:

"...they [Christians] were accustomed to meet on a fixed day before dawn and sing responsively a hymn to Christ as to a god,.."

There are four canonical gospels including: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, in addition the book of Acts, which are main sources for the biography of the Life of Jesus Christ, with the teachings attributed to His ministry. There is overwhelming evidence the New Testament is an accurate historical document from scholars and others.

In 1995 an expert had re-evaluated some Papyrus fragments of the Gospel of Matthew fragments, utilizing state-of–the-art electronic scanners, analyzing the ink, paper, letter form, and other factors. This concluded to be dated to the first century, supporting the authenticity of this part of the New Testament Scripture.

There are many extra-biblical (outsider's viewpoint) sources that mention Jesus and the ancient documents further show the historicity of Jesus, His life and death:

Josephus,Thallus, Tacitus, Mara-Serapion, Phlegon, Pliny the Younger, Suetonius, Lucian of Samosata, Celsus, The Toledat Yeshu.

There is historical evidence for Jesus, he is mentioned by Jewish and Roman historians. The first non-Christian writer to talk about Jesus was historian Flavius Josephus.

The archaeologist Eric Meyers, emeritus professor in Judaic studies..

“I don’t know any mainstream scholar who doubts the historicity of Jesus,” said Meyers. ”The details have been debated for centuries, but no one who is serious, doubts that he’s a historical figure.”

The comparison of Scripture manuscripts and writings to the Book of Antiquities is vast. Antiquities was an account of the Jewish people, Adam and Eve and other topics, written by historian Flavius Josephus in the 13th year of the reign of Roman emperor Flavius Domitian which was approximately AD 94. This is about 65 years after the ministry and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Even internet A.I. refers to Flavius Josephus on a number of occasions, only from one search, supporting his secular historian writings from the 1st century; a random search result topic on the Scythians and Russia: The Scythians are associated with the land of Magog in Ezekiel 38, as described by the first-century Jewish historian Josephus.

New Testament historical manuscripts comparison:

Plato: 7 manuscripts.

Aristotle: 49 manuscripts.

Tacitus: 20 manuscripts.

Aristophanes: 10 manuscripts.

Herodotus: 8 manuscripts.

Sophocles: 193 manuscripts.

Ceasar’s, (Gallic War): 10 manuscripts.

Homer, (Iliad): 640 manuscripts.

-- Christian New Testament: Greek 5,400+; Latin 10,000+; and additional languages 10,000+ manuscripts.

Prof. Darrell Bock of the Dallas Theological Seminary concludes:

"It's exceptional," Bock said. "You're talking about over 5,800 Greek manuscripts, over 8,000 Latin manuscripts. Most books that we work with in the ancient world have maybe at best a dozen manuscripts." 

The existence of Jesus Christ vs. Julius Caesar, there is more evidence of Christ. Any people doubt much of Caesar existing?

There's by far, more sources and proof of Jesus Christ existing than we have for many first and second century historical leaders.

Archaeological findings:

New Bible evidence the past 70 years; the Dead Sea (Qumran caves) Scrolls written in Hebrew and Aramaic, on parchment. A number of them on copper, and some on papyrus, were discovered between the span of 1947 and 1956, in eleven caves, near the Jordan River. This location was North of the Dead Sea, in Israel.

The 1947 Dead Sea Scrolls, pottery jars and coins were preserved and dated to around 100 AD to 300 BC, some before and around the ministry and  crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Approximately 15,000 fragments of various lengths and sizes, represent the copies of 981 different original manuscripts. Researchers have assembled a collection from the Dead Sea Scrolls including every book of the Old Testament with the exception of the Book of Esther.

These scroll copies were primarily small and larger fragments, and some full, like an over twenty-three foot long scroll, all in a compilation of almost 1,000 manuscripts total. The scrolls are additional verification evidence on the majority of the books of the Christian Old Testament,  and for Judaism Hebrew Scriptures.

In support of the radiocarbon dating and paleography of the scrolls, bronze coins discovered at the same sites comprise a series that starts with John Hyrcanus, a Hasmonean Kingdom monarch 135–104 BC. 

Other items in 1955, were three ceramic containers with a total of 561 silver coins were found at the Qumran excavation site. There were a couple dozen silver coins dated at around 100 BC and earlier dates. One Qumran bronze and two ceramic inkwells about 3" tall used for containing ink. The Dead Sea Scrolls appear to be written in black ink. In addition, there was incense altars made from bronze, found, that were a few inches tall.

Historic Euphrates river:

Decreased water levels of the historic Euphrates and Tigris rivers reveal submerged archaeological sites in recent years with the two rivers in Iraq, Syria, and Turkey.

'A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.) The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Ashur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates'. Genesis 2

Creator manifested in Christ 

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: {God was manifest in the flesh}, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3

 Finger Prints and other Prints

The color of your iris in your eye is like your hand fingerprint. It's absolutely unique to you and nobody else worldwide has the exact same colored eye.
Within genes and DNA determines the color and design of the iris, but its random swirls, dips and rifts occur mostly during the fetal development, which makes every iris very unique, so unique even your two irises don’t match the other eye. 

 The retina is potentially the most complicated tissue in the entire body with millions of nerve cells interconnecting in many ways to form a small type, of network like brain. Some of what the visual photoreceptors view is processed by the retina before it goes into the brain.

The human eye contains over 100 million rods (cells) and about 7 million cones. Rod cells have an elongated structure and consist of four distinct regions: an outer segment, an inner segment, the cell body, and the synaptic. Towards the back of the eye, the retina may give indications of your nervous system, unique to only you. This reveals patterns that your eye doctor observes to detect some potential health issues. 

What an amazing intelligent designer of the human eye!

 A study in the Journal of Forensic Dental Sciences found that the pattern of elevations and depressions in lips are as unique as your fingerprints show.

Like a fingerprint, the tongue has its own shapes and texture and has tiny features of bumps and ridges distributed in a way that is designed in yours uniquely.
Your teeth not only reveal your DNA, which is why dental records are at times used to identify bodies, including personal habits with teeth.

Research shows your voice is different than any one globally and certain vocal characteristics and traits are easy to decipher as frequency, intensity and resonance. A persons unique vocal sound is partly genetic and also learned. The scientists have developed systems to recognize a person’s voice type, if it'sin a database previously. 

There's also toe prints that develop at the same time as fingerprints, and they are just as unique. Most crime data centers do not record toe prints.

The Lord is the designer and Creator of these one-of-a-kind intricate body prints, including but not limited to possibilities within some body organs having a type of memory operating system, and the Lord has millions of other complex creations in the universe. All of this originated from nothing and occurred by chance in a "Big Bang", or was it designed and fine tuned in every complex detail?:

Scientists have estimated there are 8 million to 100 million species of animals and plants existing. Approximately 1 million species have been identified so far, some of them listed:

10,000+ species of birds described worldwide.

17,000+ species of butterflies in the world

  33,000+ different types of fish species.

1 million to 10 million species of insects.

There could be up to 1 trillion different species of microbe (microorganisms) on Earth.

60,000+ tree species in the world, and an estimated 4 trillion trees.

There are approximately 320,000 plant species. 

Which median temperature perfectly sustains all the life we have on this earth?

Mercury:  333°F

All of these planets, other than earth, have a very high CO2 (carbon dioxide) or other gases in their atmosphere, and minimal amount or no trace of O2 (oxygen) to sustain human life. In a few minutes, there is sufficient irreversible and permanent brain damage which eventually leads to death soon after.

Creation of Earth by the Lord, was originally fine tuned and perfect at the creation of sinless Adam and Eve, planet distance and placement, temperature, oxygen, gravity, weather, animals, food-chain, water, vegetation, and more.

Testimonial Evidence of Resurrection

Jesus Christ was on earth in a human body for over 30 years during His ministry. This was His destiny, plan and purpose of the crucifixion and resurrection. Jesus interacted with people around Him as well as government rulers, leaders and kings. The Apostles, and over 500 people witnessed Christ later after being resurrected and living amongst them for weeks.

He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. Acts 1

Spiritual Life, Transformation Evidence 

Changes of individual lives, from earlier lifestyles; being promiscuous, former drug addicts, alcoholism, abuse victims, health issues, cult members, occult practices and near death circumstances. In addition,  convicts in prison, life trauma and accidents, and many other life situations.

These people, that have transformed life experiences from this old life of sin, hurt, trauma and rebellion, to the Lord's love, grace and mercy of Jesus Christ's salvation and eternal life. These people, now have a 180 turnaround in their life, a new hope, purpose, identity and significance. The foundation of value, morality, and a spiritual new birth (born again) change in Christ and Holy Spirit indwelling, and living through them. It's not about physical health restored, it's about individuals spiritual condition.

Proof of a Creator

Creation around us is proof of a Creator. Because this complex creation needed a designer to make it, the same as a building or a car, they needed a designer to make them...

For by Him (Jesus) all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. Colossians 1 

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1 

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened... Romans 1

The beginning of the universe: space, time and matter had a beginning out of nothing. Then, whatever created these three spectrums, can't be made of space, time and matter. There needs to be an original uncaused first cause, and the cause must be eternal, powerful, spaceless, timeless, immaterial, intelligent, creative, personal, and an intricate designer, in another dimension outside of this universe, with no beginning.

A man came, one sent from God, and his name was John (the Baptist). He came as a witness, to testify about the Light, so that all might believe through him. He was not the Light, but he came to testify about the Light. This was the true Light that, coming into the world, enlightens every person. He (Christ) was in the world, and the world came into being through Him (Christ), and yet the world did not know Him. John 1

Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’  “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’  “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”  Luke 16

There is another core aspect of Jesus' ministry in the miracles He performed. The purpose of his miracles was for lessons to believers like the Apostles, and other Disciples, for the purpose of unbelievers' minds and hearts viewing the miracles, to provide proof that He is who He says He is and claimed to be. He has power over disease, nature, the spirit world and death. Jesus Christ did the following miracles:

Healed a paralytic.
Healed a withered hand.
Turned water into wine.
Calmed a storm.
Healed a servant.
Raised a dead man.

Healed the sick, blind, paralyzed and deaf.
Bread and fish crowd of 5,000.

Many touch His garment, healed.

Ruler of the synagogue's house 12 yr. old raised from dead.

Later feeding 4,000.
Healed man with leprosy.
Healed a man born blind. 

Healed a woman crippled by evil spirit for 18 years.
Walked on water towards boat.

Healed two blind men on side road.

Withered (dry and sapless), fig tree. 

Healed blind, (disabled) in temple.
Cast out hundreds of demons.
Healed a mans cut off ear.
His resurrection from the dead.

Made an earthquake occur.

Caused other graves to open, many saints were raised from the dead.

The old lifestyle and the miracle of new believer changed lives, and millions of other supernatural miracles over the centuries...

And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: John 20

And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they *were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself *would not contain the books that *would be written. John 21

Old Testament miracles with Christ's involvement in the tri-une; Us and Our (before Abraham was, I Am):

God (Us, Our) creates the world.

Abraham, & Sarah 90yrs old with child.

Noah's Ark survives the flood.

Walls of Jericho fall.

Plagues in Egypt.

Israelites cross the Red Sea.

Manna sent from heaven.

Naaman cured of leprosy.

Enoch & Elijah don’t die.

Men rescued from the fiery furnace.

Daniel rescued from the den of lions, and dozens more with miracles of the Lord.

Some reasons why Christ asked of the Father or at times didn't fully reveal power of His Deity: 

Jesus Christ was fully God, and fully man. When he was in a flesh human body, He voluntarily restricted the use of certain devine attributes.

He manifested some of these attributes at times when He and the Father decided to do so, if it served a purpose in the redemption plan of the ministry of Christ. After the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and His ascension, He voluntarily used all attributes of His power and omniscience as needed, for His destiny, purpose, glory and honor. The Christian faith is monotheistic [only one God]. Philippians 2:6, John 1:1, 1:14, 2:25, 4:34, 5:30, 6:38, 10:30, 13:3, 14:8, 15:15. Matthew 28:15, Acts 1:7, Colossians 1:16, 2:9.

You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had:

Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.

Instead, he gave up his divine privileges;

he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being.

When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.

Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2..

The Creators prophecies:

We listed a few of over 200 prophecies of the coming future Messiah in the Old Testament that were fulfilled by Jesus Christ. Isaiah 7:14, 53:3, Zechariah 12:10, Micah 5:2. Starting with John 1:41 fulfillment and continued new testament verses.

For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1

Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke beforehand by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus. Acts 1

Beware, therefore, lest what is said in the Prophets should come about. Acts 13

'He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’

“Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’ “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’” Luke 16

Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me. Psalm 41

I am not speaking of all of you; I know whom I have chosen. But the Scripture will be fulfilled, ‘He who ate my bread has lifted his heel against me.’ John 13

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Isaiah 7

“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” Matthew 1

Who has believed what he has heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground; he had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our grief's and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed.. Isaiah 53

“Fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, your king is coming, sitting on a donkey's colt!” John 12

I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you.. Psalm 2

For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets. Amos 3

Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. 1 John 2 

Declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’ Isaiah 46

And we have something more sure, the prophetic word, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.. 2 Peter 1 

And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him. Deuteronomy 18
