The Scripture (Bible) tells us everything we need to know about Jesus Christ, for life, salvation, afterlife, righteousness, guidance and much more. The Bible is the human manual about God's attributes, the way to salvation and our personal growth spiritually in Christ.

Afterlife for the ones that follow Christ is eternal life with our Creator and Savior. Afterlife for people that reject Christ, is eternal separation from the Creator and Savior, His Love, and relationship with Him...

Who shall change our vile body, [that is, when we die and leave this earthly body], that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Philippians 3:21

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1 Corinthians 15:53

For we know that if our earthly house, this tent [physical body], is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life. Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.

 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:1..

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. 1 John 3:2..

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. [this area below, appears to occur after the Millennium 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ, the new earth, new heavens and new Jerusalem]...

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:1..

And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.. Revelation 21:10

And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. Revelation 22:25

But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,..

But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many. Romans 5:15

According to the Scriptures, this universe is theoretically up to 10,000 years old, however, the Earth, sun, moon and stars are closer to 6,025 years of, based on some Scripture insights of creation and other genealogy facts and evidence. Starting calculations with the genealogy of Adam and Eve in the Old Testament leading up to the birth of Jesus Christ is about 4,000 years, then to today, approximately another 2,000 years.  The creation of plant life, animals, and mankind in its present form is approximately 6,000 years old. Genesis 1 and 5. Matthew 1, and Luke 3, etc.

He was in the world, and the world was made by him [Christ], and the world knew him not. John 1:10

And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. John 16:8

Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “ ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’ who was, and is, and is to come.” Revelations 4

But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Hebrews 1:13

Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear so that I return safely to my father’s household, then the Lord will be my God and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God’s house, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth.”  Genesis 28

And praise be to God Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything. Genesis 14

“Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly. Matthew 6 

Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. Matthew 23

Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts.
But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents.
Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.” Matthew 12

But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass by justice and the love of God. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone. Luke 11

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9

Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that he has given you. Deuteronomy 16

It's good to support the church you attend or learn from online, whatever you are led to do by Holy Spirit. In the New Testament, the "church" is primarily the body of Christ (all in His Spirit) and the fellowship of other believers, not a church or synagogue. This may be about 1% and up tithe (not necessarily 10%). It may even be up to 99% for some with more financial blessings and wealth to easily live on comfortably, and giving may be a combination of financial, talents, helping and serving, if this is what the Holy Spirit convicts you on.

Negative experiences, often, may become positive experiences, over months or years. Many of the positive outcomes, we may not recognize or notice, that's occuring behind the scenes, even in the unseen spiritual realm. In the pain, suffering and death around us, there's an extensive purpose occuring with people's spiritual growth, and more importantly, souls being saved from hell as a result.

For the true Follower of Christ; absent from the body,  present with the Lord. 

For the person that continues to reject Christ to the point of death, absent from the body, present with darkness and separation from the Light - Jesus Christ.

People have both a physical and spiritual (soul) nature. When a person dies, those three natures separate, the body goes to the grave and the spirit/soul goes to where you made the choice for it to go --- hell, or heaven. 

Our choice before death determines which location we go to in the afterlife: 

Option #1 REJECT

If you continue to reject (deny) the Creator and Savior, and His gift of salvation, according to the Bible, you go to hell.

Option #2 FOLLOW

If you ask for forgiveness, believe and have faith in Jesus Christ's death and bodily resurrection. If you genuinely follow Christ and love Him with all of your heart, soul and mind. If the Lord determines your heart is truly genuine, you will go to heaven.

Don't wait and delay, saying maybe later. We don't know when our last day is. Today is the day of salvation, if your heart is ready to commit your life to Jesus Christ.

Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them. Ecclesiastes 9

Earnestly remember your Creator before the silver cord [of life] is broken, or the golden bowl is crushed, or the pitcher at the fountain is shattered and the wheel at the cistern is crushed; then the dust [out of which God made man’s body] will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10

Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel? Ezekiel 33

...then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12

For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands. We grow weary in our present bodies, and we long to put on our heavenly bodies like new clothing. For we will put on heavenly bodies; we will not be spirits without bodies. While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but it’s not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life. God himself has prepared us for this, and as a guarantee he has given us his Holy Spirit...

...So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with the Lord. [We need to remain here to do the Lord's work] 2 Corinthians 5:6 

The Lord Almighty Creator of the universe has the sovereign right to choose when He will, or will not intervene in healing people and responding to world events. This is all according to His all-knowing ultimate plan and purpose.

For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. John 5:21..

You may have the perspective: I'm ceremonial water baptized, take communion, do tithing (give money) and go to church on Sunday, so I believe I'm saved. I see no need to read the Bible much and live by it, and besides, I don't have the time. I can now live as I desire and don't need accountability by Scripture or to follow Jesus much.

Water baptism is primarily the first step of obeying the Lord, and as a public expression to your commitment to following Jesus Christ. It is also beneficial for a witness to unbelievers around you, in sharing the Gospel, and maybe taking the opportunity to give your testimony of how you came to know Him. Water baptism is a command of God ("..be baptized" Bible doesn't say, would you like to do it), after you believe and follow through faith in Christ. Jesus said to the Apostles, "come follow Me." 

Physical water baptism is symbolism, a visual analogy and a spiritual sanctification truth. It's an outward sign of regeneration, cleansing, and new life in Christ and being baptized with the Holy Spirit.

Infant (baby) baptism:

1. Scripture does not forbid infant baptism. Nevertheless,  it does not mean it's something we should do or that it is permissible or not.

2. There is no clear example, evidence or command of infant baptism in the Bible.

3. Practice of infant baptism (sprinkle), originated in the 2nd and 3rd centuries (at least 200 years) after Jesus ascended to heaven.

4. Infant baptism was elevated even more, about 500 or 600 years after Jesus, with Roman Catholicism post biblical revelation, according to this church history.

5. There's no solid connection between new covenant baptism and circumcision of the old covenant.

6. Infant baptism often leads to a future false sense of security of individual salvation, spiritual condition and possible religiosity mindset.

7. Infant baptism can develop later in life, into being a counterfeit Christian.

8. There's no faith from the infant and choice to follow Jesus.

9. Obviously no understanding of the salvation message of the Gospel from an infant.

10. No repentance of sins from the infant.

However, close to one hundred percent of Christians would agree there are many clear examples -- evidence and commands for, Adult believers water baptism in the Bible, after repentance and confession of faith.

It appears there may be some exceptions the Lord may have, for example, with the thief on the cross next to Jesus... Believing in Christ, being accepted into paradise, and no water baptism although, Christ didn't rise from the dead, until three days later, for the new covenant. However, Christ broke bread with the Apostles the day before the cross, pointing to the new covenant.

Another example, is third world countries in remote towns and villages globally, where they have not heard of Jesus Christ and the gospel, but do have the understanding and desire to honor and worship the Creator who made them and the heavens and the earth, that's if they don't worship creation. These people may not know about water baptism, and the Lord is fully aware of this, having perfect judgment on the knowledge of each individual and the spiritual condition of their lives.

In the book of Peter, the rest of the verse, we can't stop at the words 'baptism.' This also points out the good conscience and resurrection of Christ:

...the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,.. 1 Peter 3

'For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their reasonings, and their senseless hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and they exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible mankind, of birds, four-footed animals, and crawling creatures.'

'Therefore God gave them up to vile impurity in the lusts of their hearts, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for falsehood, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.' Romans 1

According to Scripture, there is a baptism of the Holy Spirit at some point in a believer's life, at or after the time of prayer in repentance and the decision to follow Christ. This is unknown exactly what point this occurs in a new follower of Christ.

I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1

"For John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” Acts 1

For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink. 1 Corinthians 12

"I have baptized you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”  Mark 1

The act of water baptism is an expression of faith and obedience, not the means of salvation. It is Christ's resurrection which Christians publicly express their faith in, when doing the physical water baptism. It's an act of publicly identifying ourselves with the desire and choice to follow Christ.

Baptized after Holy Spirit was upon them:

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. All the Jewish believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had also been poured out on the Gentiles. For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter responded, “Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?” And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days. Acts 10

It is the same with you. You heard the true message, the Good News about the way God saves you. When you heard that Good News, you believed in Christ. And in Christ, God put his special mark on you by giving you the Holy Spirit that he promised. Ephesians 1

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,... Matthew 28

There is also an antitype [foreshadowed opposite] which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him. 1 Peter 1:21..

But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23

Corresponding to that [rescue through the flood], baptism [which is an expression of a believer’s new life in Christ] now saves you, not by removing dirt from the body, but by an appeal to God for a good (clear) conscience, [demonstrating what you believe to be yours] through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 1 Peter 3

For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; [it is] of God the gift..

You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you. You killed the Author (and Prince) of life, but God raised him from the dead. Acts 3

...The Lord God formed [that is, created the body of] man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being [an individual complete in body and spirit]. Genesis 2 

See, I have found only this, that God made men right, but they have found many sinful ways.” Ecclesiastes 7 

Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. James 4

No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. Matthew 6

In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was [continually existing] in the beginning [co-eternally] with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men. John 1

“O Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth." Isaiah 37.

Thus says God the Lord,
Who created the heavens and stretched them out,
Who spread out the earth and its offspring,
Who gives breath to the people on it
And spirit to those who walk in it.. Isaiah 42

and he said with a loud voice, “Fear God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worship Him who made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.” Revelation 14

To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Psalm 19

They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them.  For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. Romans 1

Him (Jesus Christ) who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that there will be delay no longer.. Revelation 10

And, “You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the works of Your hands.. Hebrews 1

We are also men of the same nature as you, and preach the gospel to you that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them.
Acts 14

Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You.. Jeremiah 32

It is He who made the earth by His power,
Who established the world by His wisdom,
And by His understanding He stretched out the heavens. Jeremiah 51

There are also bodies in the heavens and bodies on the earth. The glory of the heavenly bodies is different from the glory of the earthly bodies. The sun has one kind of glory, while the moon and stars each have another kind. And even the stars differ from each other in their glory. 1 Corinthians 15 

The word dinosaur (dinosauria) invented in 1842, for centuries past have been called a powerful terrible lizard or dragon, derived from the Greek. Dinosaur (reptile like) may be as small as handheld lizards in some cases. There are some large sea creatures listed in Scripture referring to possible dinosaurs, and some passages may be metaphorical:

Look now at the behemoth, which I made along with you;

He eats grass like an ox...

See now, his strength is in his hips,

And his power is in his stomach muscles.

He moves his tail like a cedar;

The sinews of his thighs are tightly knit.

His bones are like beams of bronze,

His ribs like bars of iron.

He is the first of the ways of God;

Only He who made him can bring near His sword.

Surely the mountains yield food for him,

And all the beasts of the field play there.

He lies under the lotus trees,

In a covert of reeds and marsh.

The lotus trees cover him with their shade.. Job 40

Can you draw out Leviathan with a hook,

Or snare his tongue with a line which you lower?

Can you put a reed through his nose,

Or pierce his jaw with a hook?

Will he make many supplications to you?

Will he speak softly to you?

Will he make a covenant with you?

Will you take him as a servant forever?

Will you play with him as with a bird,

Or will you leash him for your maidens?

Will your companions make a banquet of him?

Will they apportion him among the merchants?

Can you fill his skin with harpoons,

Or his head with fishing spears?

Lay your hand on him;

Remember the battle— Never do it again!

Indeed, any hope of overcoming him is false;

Shall one not be overwhelmed at the sight of him?

No one is so fierce that he would dare stir him up.

Who then is able to stand against Me?

Who has preceded Me, that I should pay him?

Everything under heaven is Mine.

 “I will not conceal his limbs,

His mighty power, or his graceful proportions.

Who can remove his outer coat?

Who can approach him with a double bridle?

Who can open the doors of his face,

With his terrible teeth all around?

His rows of scales are his pride,

Shut up tightly as with a seal;

One is so near another

That no air can come between them;

They are joined one to another,

They stick together and cannot be parted.

When he sneezes it flashes forth light,

And his eyes are like the eyelids of the morning.

Out of his mouth go burning lights;

Sparks of fire shoot out.

Smoke goes out of his nostrils,

As from a boiling pot and burning rushes.

His breath kindles coals,

And a flame goes out of his mouth.

Strength dwells in his neck,

And sorrow dances before him.

The folds of his flesh are joined together;

They are firm on him and cannot be moved.

When is the Rapture or Second Coming? >

Evil and sin on Earth as we experience it, originated from Lucifer the fallen angel, now referred  to as Satan or the Devil and many other titles according to the Bible...

How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!  You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon.  I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.” Isaiah 14

And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day. Jude 1

The Creator Jesus Christ (the Son),  has always been alive, He is coexisting with the Father and Holy Spirit, and is the Only True Supreme God. In addition, there is no other genuine God besides Him. Jesus Christ (Messiah) the Son, was never a created being, as several cult religions may believe. The Father is the I AM and the Son is the I AM, the infinite all-knowing, all-powerful Creator. 

The other so-called god's are only counterfeits, for example, Satan, a temporary fake god of this world, and other non-living idol gods in the Old Testament and to this day.. In His heavenly realm there is no time as we call it, or are accustomed to, He is in an eternal Kingdom.  God is outside of time, as we are accustomed to since the beginning of creation in Genesis. Time began at His creation of the Earth and the decay of the universe within the fall of man and sin. God is not reliant on anything for His existence. If God has always existed eternally, then nothing can create Him.

God can not be created by another God, then another God created another, and so on. This idea or theory goes on infinitely (endless).

Degrees of Punishment in Hell 》

Are you questioning why a certain person you know may go to hell and this is one factor of many why you may not seek the Creator God and Jesus?

Maybe the loss of a loved one, that was a good, kind and respectable person, like a grandparent. However, this person didn't seem to follow Jesus Christ, and they didn't claim to be a Christian. You may now be questioning why this person appears to have went to hell from your viewpoint, when they are kind, loving relation, and they did a lot of good works. How can this be if they were a kind person?

You may be a skeptic or, a mature Christian or a false one, and have learned the Bible very well, and some of the meat of the Word. However, you are saying you know better than the Creator and that you are all-knowing, of a person's heart, whether they are saved or not, up to their deathbed? You are taking this into your own hands by judging their soul's destination.

You may want to take into consideration that you either misunderstood some areas of the Bible, not taking into account the totality of the Bible. Another factor, is a person might only have head knowledge of the Bible, and not genuine heart knowledge, and missing the mark. You could be a person that has been dedicated to and following family tradition and culture, and just being religious, while not truly following Jesus Christ.

Maybe you have some type of church hurt... abuse, slander etc., against you from fellow Christians. Trying in your own strength to merit salvation by good works and getting burned out. Are you venerating (worshiping) Mary, the apostles, angels or saints of the church? Maybe you didn't get the right help with your doubting and struggling faith? Are you following a leader and a church organization? 

Some define themselves as a Christian by the poor interpretation of believing they need to be earning salvation through good works, or attending church (or the so-called true church) and doing ceremonies they believe will save them.

Others may have the position that being a good person will outweigh the bad, make them somehow a Christian, or enter heaven.  

For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8

Followers like John the Baptist or the Apostles... "come follow Me..."

Additionally, the real life example of the thief on the cross next to Jesus, following Him, looking ahead to the resurrection of Christ, and being saved on the spot through faith... "today you will be with Me..."

People that continue to despise the Creator and Savior, or choose their entire life to do what they want and live how they like and disregard the Creator wanting nothing to do with Him. They don't want to be near Him, reject His sacrifice at the cross, and continue to deny His love and existence. 

The Creator is abiding by their wishes and choices, not forcing them to be in His presence for eternity. The individual made the choice to reject the Maker of their soul, and be separated from His kingdom.

The Lord Jesus Christ doesn't want anyone to go to hell. He loves us so much He went to the cross (tree) to be crucified to redeem us, and wants to give us all the gift 🎁 of salvation. This is the awesome love of His. However, not everyone will be saved automatically, like some believe, due to poorly interpreting the Bible passage in error. 

Enter ye in at the strait [and narrow] gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in by it: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:13..

The person that rejects Jesus Christ, also rejects the Father God, and makes the choice to be separated from their Creator and Savior. As a result their soul goes to hell. Nobody has to go to hell. There is an escape, not by earning your way to the Lord's acceptance and favor, but through the gift of salvation from God's atoning love, grace and mercy. Salvation is not by good works.

Hell is without all of God's love, blessings, creation benefits and enjoyment, you once had within God's ownership of earth...

For the world is Mine, and all its fullness. Psalms 50

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10

Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel? Ezekiel 33

Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. Matthew 7

For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; 2 Peter 2

...dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power.. 2 Thessalonians 1

And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” Revelation 14

And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. Revelation 20

But the Lord has the most wonderful gift!:

Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.” John 4

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2

If then God gave the same gift to them as he gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way? Acts 11

Holy Spirit (The Spirit of Absolute Truth).

Many that read the Scriptures believe the Son and Holy Spirit was mostly in the New Testament, but the Spirit is actually manifested in the Old Testament often, as the Spirit is co-existing with the Father and Son. The Spirit of God was around or entered into some prophets, priests and kings in the Old Testament, if they were following the Lord, not to every believer, as in the book of Acts and beyond. The Holy Spirit didn't necessarily stay dwelling in these selected individuals for a lifetime during this old covenant.

The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit [Holy Spirit] of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Genesis 1

Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. Genesis 1

And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” Genesis 6

New Testament (second testament)

Now his [John the Baptist] father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying:

John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him. John 1 

I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1

I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. John 16

When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others. 1 Corinthians 2 

If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! Luke 11

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. John 14

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! Galatians 5

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Jude 1

And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15

For (Bible) prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1

Homosexual, LGBTQ+ "communities" and identities...

LGBTQIA2S+) acronym: represents lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual/agender. 2S refers to Indigenous people who express their gender or sexual identities as different from others.

Plus symbol (+), includes: genderfluid, pansexual and non-binary and a few others not in the LGBTQIA acronym. 

People who identify as intersex are born with both male and female chromosomes and/or sex traits. Not every intersex individual identifies as LGBTQIA.

People who are asexual usually don't have any sexual attraction at all. 

When someone doesn't identify as either male or female exclusively and their gender identification shifts over time, they are considered gender-fluid.

The definition of pansexual: a person who is attracted to people of all genders, whether through physical, emotional, or both. This covers those who identify as cisgender, transgender, agender, or gender nonconforming, in contrast to bisexuality being attracted to strictly two genders.

Over the past few years, there's been more reports of the increase with school students who bully—misgender or deadname their peers who might already be struggling with acceptance and gender dysphoria. Some of these are girls, that may lean towards a few "tom-boy" traits, or a boy with a few "tom-girl" traits.

It's perfectly acceptable for girls to like boys things like hobbies, there's nothing wrong with this. "Tomboys" and "tomgirl" can exist just fine, without society and social media pressuring them to transition to the opposite sex.

Becoming a trans woman or man is not who you are, you're already who you are, when you were biologically assigned purposely in the correct body, as male or a female. 

If there's more than usual, dysfunctional or broken families — absent parent, or abusive childhood atmospheres and experiences... This is important factors of many, that contribute towards gender identity issues, and homosexual relationship choices during  pre-teen and teen years. 

These identity lifestyle changes if chosen, may increase your happiness in life for a season. It's a very temporary change that does not bring lasting fulfillment, peace of mind, and contentment. Changing your identity doesn't fill the void and make you feel complete, as you initially thought it would accomplish. If you want the answer to this dysphoria (confusion), Christ in your life is the true permanent solution. Every person has sinned against the Holy God, and desperately needs the Gospel of Christ.

Males and females who have homosexual, and identity change tendencies, or same-sex attraction are more likely to have been raised in a broken family setting with poor or neglectful parental relationships—specifically, unknown or absent fathers (especially affecting pre-teen boys). Some homosexual men, desiring the love they missed or didn't receive from their father, and later pursuing other men to fill this void and maybe often with desire of lustful intimacy.

Another factor may be from a parents divorce or death of a parent during adolescence. Additionally, there is also possible physical abuse from parents, relatives, strangers, and more cultural factors that could have a part in the development of later adult sexual orientation choices. 

Homosexuality same-sex attraction and relationships, or transgenderism may on the surface feel natural for a time. However, deep down in your heart you know something is not right, and the Lord in the Bible says its not natural and proper. You can fill this void that everyone has built-in within their souls, with Jesus Christ in your life. We, are all born spiritually lost.

Maybe you have been physically and emotionally abused at some point, or someone didn't love, value or treat you as they should. These actions of theirs may have placed you on the path toward sexual identity and gender confusion, and changes to yourself, as well as the pain and, hurt you experienced,  plus how you overall emotionally feel inside.  Your life can be complete and achieve peace in Jesus. 

Some misguided parents, insistence by a loud minority, gender change children's books, and other media — introduce and influence gender option changes intentionally to children up to 12 years old before they go into puberty... 

This foolish agenda may also promote getting puberty blocker medication from doctors to help delay or prevent some body hormones and physical changes, so the child will have more time to choose if they want to be a male or a female. This immoral behavior from some health care providers additionally contributes towards making physical gender changes more normalized in society. When, according to the God of the Bible, says it's not normal, and against His plan and design.

This “Gender-affirming care,” is off track... There are many studies showing close to 90% of gender dysphoria (confused) children will simply grow out of this mindset and puberty stage of changing hormones, in a short amount of time, like generations have done just fine for thousands of years. The culture propaganda cult, pushing to “affirm” a confused pre-teen only adds to his or her own struggles and possibility of mental illness progression. Many transgender dysphoria children, need proper mental health counseling to reach the root of the issues, not the affirmation to change genders, take puberty blockers and do physical surgery removal on body parts.

Another few factors of depression, poor self- image and gender affirmation influence is children's continued long-term exposure to social media, at younger impressionable ages. This includes some platforms that may start with introducing a list of a dozen or more genders to choose from, encouraging trans ideology in chat rooms or other media services for young viewers.

Other than men drag queens, there's additionally, immoral drag king performances in some public places. Drag king definition is basically a female woman, often (lesbian) dressing up and pretending to be male as a so-called entertainment performer. One of the drag queens and drag kings' serious negative consequences—is them helping to affirm trans dysphoria in children or adults, and contribute to emotional and mental conditions and confusion of what a true biological definition of a male or female is supposed to be  —  God made specifically only male and female, not for us to choose.

Mainstream news media continue repeating “gender-sensitive pronouns” like “they,” and “them,” plus others, and the normalization in our society of choosing LGBTQ+ identities.

In addition, there's now transgender etiquette programs and curriculum on what is and isn’t polite to say with transgender people in conversation and how to interact or respond with a person who is gender transitioning. Many adults have become enablers of this transgender movement, some also being transgender activists and content creators themselves.

Same-sex attraction or gender change according to the Bible is a sin behavior if acted on (but most likely not a sin for children under a certain age if they were misled by parents, physicians trust etc). This attraction or gender change becomes sin when it goes past a certain line of it just being a temptation, and continues to the next step, an action—immoral sinful desires in your thoughts or physical activity. To be clear, temptation in itself is not a sin.

The Lord loves the person made in His image (you), and whom He died on the cross for, and offers the gift of salvation to. The Lord hates any sinful behavior of adultery, lust, other sins, a new identity change, and including transgender, sex transition changes.

If it is outside His original creation of only two genders designed—a biological man and biological woman, then it is wrong. The following determines your original sex at birth, how God made you:

Assigned male or female reproductive system, hormones and chromosomes. Other drastic, noticeably different male vs. female human anatomy, like skull and pelvic bone structures, and later in life puberty changes, if the hormones are not intentionally disrupted. In addition to these, with more extensive testing, male and female DNA cells are distinct and established in the mother's womb.

It's truly mind blowing that, in the time period of about 15 years, we went from not permitting teenagers to drive at 12, getting  tattoos and body piercings, to allowing them to have surgeries to mutilate themselves and cut off their body parts. Some of this transitioning even starts to occur without knowledge or permission from parents in some parts of the country, with puberty blockers.

We should not pursue changing physical, biological or emotional identities because you feel you have the need to, or don't feel right inside. Some homosexuals or trans people believe they were born incorrectly in the wrong body or born this way, and attracted to the same sex.

This opinion and viewpoint is incorrect and in error, as the Bible says, and the lifestyle is sinful, and will effect your spiritual, and eventually, your physical and mental health if continued. Adultery and sex before marriage is sin as well for opposite sex couples, which is also damaging and needs correcting.  According to the Bible, this needs to be confessed to the Lord.

There are only two "gender pronouns" mentioned by God:

If you were a male (boy) at birth, your brain will always be wired as a male boy.

If you were a female (girl) at birth, your brain will always be wired as a female girl, this will never be changed even into adulthood...

No matter how many hormone medications you take, and the treatments or surgeries you make to change your physical and sexual identity appearance — you will still be in the body, you were assigned at birth—a male or a female. You will additionally end up with a post-surgical, permanently disfigured body and scar tissue, resulting from sex transistion surgeries.

It's extremely difficult, but it's beneficial to forgive the people that may have hurt you, and only in the strength of Jesus can you genuinely do this. You don't necessarily need to forgive face-to-face, especially if the offender believes they did nothing wrong or if they are no longer around. Maybe combined with prayer, and in your heart, in your own words, saying you forgive them and let go of their sin(s), offense  towards you. This might be one of the first, or second steps needed in healing and beginning your identity and significance in Jesus Christ, and starting a new life (spiritual rebirth).

Some people may believe there are seven types of genders, or more:

Male, Female, Intersex, Trans, Non-Conforming, Personal, and Eunuch etc.

According to the Creator and His word, there are two genders He designed— Adam and Eve: Male and Female, and no other genders.

The struggle with temptation is not a sin. When we go forward with the immoral thoughts within our mind of stealing, adultery, transgender or homosexual activity or behavior, is when these become a sin. Then proceeding to do the physical act makes it much worse of an offense and sin against the Lord and your body, and additional consequences.

The word or term "homosexual or transgender" is not in some English translation bibles, but this modern term is irrelevant to a degree, as the bible defines the creation of two genders: male and female, and within the marriage context as well. It also describes intimate male and male, and female to female lust to be sin and an unrighteous act:

'For their women exchanged [went against] natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up [abandoned] natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error'. Romans 1 {amp}

Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. Leviticus 18

..For All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.. Romans 3

The current day new terminology of "transgenders", for many decades have been  described as transvestites or transexuals in the past, by many cultures.

In a new survey, despite the progress and acceptance of increased public awareness; the news, social media and legal victories for the transgender movement in the last two decades---trans people are an extremely low percentage of the population (as well, homosexuality).

A new Pew Research Center survey finds that 1.6% of U.S. adults are transgender or nonbinary – that is, their gender is different from the sex they were assigned at birth. This includes people who describe themselves as a man, a woman or non-binary, or who use terms such as gender fluid, tri-gender or agender to describe their personal, ever-changing, daily gender choices, for the feeling of that particular moment.

Before 2013, gender identity disorders had been under the diagnostic category. In both the American Psychiatric Association and the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. 

The diagnostic label, gender identity disorder (GID) was used and was an emotional and mental health issue for decades. With the publication of DSM–5 in 2013, “gender identity disorder” was eliminated and replaced with “gender dysphoria.”

Most people considering identity changes or have already changed identities, including homosexuality, may have experienced depression, anxiety, eating disorders, related health issues, and elevated substance usage. In addition to these, there is possible shame, poor self-image, rejection, bullying and gender confusion to different degrees.

We all need to place our identity and significance in Christ, and for Him to change us and live through us.

The Lord loves mankind, He speaks against all unrighteousness, which is sin. He offers the gift of salvation to all of the world. If you believe, confess your sins, have faith, and follow Jesus Christ and His Word, you will have eternal life. He extends His loving grace to every person.

But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7

This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. 1 John 4

Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. "The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell--and great was its fall." When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were amazed at His teaching.. Matthew 7

Jesus Christ is the only one that truly knows God the Father, and was with Him before the creation. The Prophet Mohammad, Buddah, Joseph Smith and others do not know God the Father:

'My Father has entrusted everything to me. No one truly knows the Son except the Father, and no one truly knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.' Matthew 11

For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. That is why he is the one who mediates a new covenant between God and people, so that all who are called can receive the eternal inheritance God has promised them. For Christ died to set them free from the penalty of the sins they had committed under that first covenant. Hebrews 9

Jesus Christ was fully God, and fully man. When he was in a flesh human body, He voluntarily restricted the use of certain devine attributes.

He manifested some of the attributes at times when He and the Father decided to do so, if it served a purpose in the redemption plan of the ministry of Christ. After the resurrection of Jesus Christ, He voluntarily used all attributes of His power and omniscience as needed, for His glory and honor.  Philippians 2:6, John 1:1, 1:14, 2:25, 4:34, 5:30, 6:38, 13:3, 15:15. Matthew 28:15, Acts 1:7, Colossians 2:9

Most of the time it's not lack of basic central head knowledge of the Bible that's an issue for us, it's our lack of love, desire, obedience and heart knowledge as a believer. Many people only rely on head knowledge for salvation, and many are not authentically saved. They may even be in denial of this fact. We need to differentiate between head knowledge and heart knowledge. However, at the same time they are frequently linked.

How do we follow Jesus Christ and be a genuine believer (Christian)?

You may hear the term "born again."  This phrase is not some sort of cult, as some may believe (like some Catholics), it is a biblical term and was originally meant as a new life in Jesus Christ, having the Lord's Holy Spirit indwell you as a new believer. This born again term is to be re-born spiritually and restored in your soul, from the old life to a new life to begin, in the light of Christ, rescued out of spiritual darkness. This is not speaking about a natural physical birth.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3

Marvel not that I said unto thee, You must be born again. John 3:7

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. 1 Peter 1:23

The Lord is the ultimate source of love:

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4

“Give thanks to the Lord Almighty, for the Lord is good; his love endures forever.” Jeremiah 33

Love in English: Love, affection, friendship, and charity. We loosely say we love material items, nature, and other living things, all expressed to different degrees: maybe love for God and Jesus, close relations, friends, strangers, animals, and other life on this planet.

The Greek language has four different kinds of love listed or referred to by passages in the Bible: Eros, Philia, Storge and Agape. These often carry more distinct description, depth and categories for the word love. In contrast, to the world system, people's description, sometimes a self-centered or sinful lust version of love.

Eros:

The word itself is not found in the pages of the New Testament, but generally expressed in other passages. Eros is affectionate physical love, or romantic love. A physical intimacy between a husband and wife in marriage.  However, it may be an erotic, lustful, jelous or selfish sinful love, if the temptation becomes uncontrollable outside a male and female marriage setting.

You have captured my heart, my treasure, my bride.

You hold it hostage with one glance of your eyes, with a single jewel of your necklace.

Your love delights me,

my treasure, my bride.

Your love is better than wine,

your perfume more fragrant than spices.

Song of Songs 4:9..

Philia:

Philia or Philos, is described as love between friends as close as possible to siblings in strength and longevity, who may share common interests, values, or similar activities. These traits might even be for intimate or affectionate relationships.

He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Matthew 10:37 (love the Lord more, He is our Creator and Savior). 

Storgē:

Storgē love is family devotion. One example of this, is the natural affection and love of a parent for their child(ren) or frequently with a spouse, if it's a healthy, respectful and caring relationship. This form of love may have some Agape love at times for some, and Eros for marriage between a biological male and female.

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.. Romans 12:10

Agapé:

This Agapé love from the Creator, this may be us loving God in return, the Creator who is full of charitable love and sacrificial grace and mercy. This love is mostly authentic and eternal love rooted in the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. His love flows through us as we continue to seek, desire, and grow in Him and His Word (Bible).

This highest form Agapé of love: divine sacrificial love is the Father God, sending His Son, the only Mediator, Jesus Christ, to pay our sin debt and die for our transgressions against a Holy Creator.

God the Creator is perfect love:

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:7..

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

And above all these things put on charity [love], which is the bond of perfectness.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also you are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Colossians 3:12

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil. 1 Corinthians 13

Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.

Charity [love] suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth [boast] not itself, is not puffed up, does not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Charity [love] never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail [cease]; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 1 Corinthians 13:4..

If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. 1 Corinthians 13

May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ. 2 Thessalonians 3

If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see? 1 John 4

Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, its jealousy as enduring as the grave. Love flashes like fire, the brightest kind of flame. Song of songs 8

That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” 1 Corinthians 2

For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word. Ephesians 5

We love Him because He first loved us.
1 John 4

For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.” It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? Hebrews 12

The Lord allows depression, pain and suffering often, for our spiritual growth, His purposes and future plans. Most of the time we may not understand why. Sometimes it may be for a short or long season, and some for a life-time. A lot of our pain and suffering is from accidents, but also illnesses and diseases, due to poor nutrition, genetics, immorality and our own activities and actions, like sports injuries and other things we choose to do. Negative experiences, often, may become positive experiences, over months or years. Many of the positive outcomes, we may not recognize or notice, that's occuring behind the scenes, even in the unseen spiritual realm. In the pain, suffering and death around us, there's people's spiritual growth, and more importantly, souls being saved from hell as a result.

Why would God allow this to happen?

The Lord's will allows not only good things to occur in our lives, but He also permits bad things to happen, for future good things as a result. Sometimes we don't always recognize what good things are. His goals are spiritual growth and salvation of souls. The most predominant example of this is what was permitted to be done to Jesus Christ, His destiny --- severe torture, punishment and Roman crucifixion --- for His secret ambition of grace, for the outcome and purpose of producing --- the perfect sacrifice for sins of the world, to accomplish what He loves --- our salvation, and redemption for people that will follow Jesus.

Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope. My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life. Psalm 119

Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me. Psalm 63

Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8 

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. James 5

For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Romans 8 

Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am languishing; heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled. Psalm 6

We all often have this in mind; I see your way Lord, but mine is better. I'm not waiting for your timing Lord, I want this in my timing, and you didn't answer my prayers the way I wanted it to be.

When we do pray to the Lord, often, we are called to participate, or a first step of obedience and may need to put the action and effort in, within His timing, to activate the rest of His plan within your prayers. This is not necessarily, the idea of always praying, sit back and wait and watch the Lord's plan unfold. The Apostles took the step of faith (trust), obedience and action:

He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, because of the quantity of fish.. John 21:6

What Scriptural prayer does look like: 

In prayer (communication and conversation) with the Lord and the Holy Spirit within us, when making Him the Lord and Savior of your life.

Power of prayer to the Father God Almighty from your mind, soul and heart with moral motives in line with the Bible message. Not secular, worldly, or repetitive church dogma; religious prayers. Prayer doesn't need to be eloquent, smooth, or to make it impressive in public to others, attempting to make yourself appear to be more knowledgeable or righteous than others around you. Prayer is not to be selfish; or mainly about what all my desires and needs are, or what you believe you deserve, your way and in your timing. 

Prayer may involve conviction of the heart, asking for forgiveness and confession of your sins, or repentance of disobeying the Lord at times. Often, prayer should be how the Lord may use you as a vessel. This is, asking and surrendering yourself to be used as a witness to others, (plant salvation seeking seeds), and your growth, and walk with Him, asking Him for guidance to work and live through you in His plan, purpose, goal and will for your life. Prayers for other people around you and their needs and their salvation. Finally, praise, worship, and thanksgiving may be included in our prayers, exalting the Lord Jesus Christ. 

Our prayer may look like: Father God, I ask for your will and plan for my life, I pray for help, your strength and guidance with my temptation and sin... 

(Prayer is from the heart and mind and doesn't require to be eloquent words).

Prayer and the Lord's answers:

1. 'Wait' in His timing, plan and purpose. Often, answers to our prayers take into account, if this area will further grow us and others spiritually, giving Him the glory and honor, the Lord's primary goals.

2. A 'No' answer to prayer due to the Lord being all knowing, and knowing our hearts, and the future events in your life.

A no from the Lord at times, is an answer to prayer and potentially for our good and for His purpose. We don't always get why, but we should always trust that our good, the Lord has our best interests in full view. In time and with spiritual maturity, prayer is knowing what to pray for, by continuing in  knowing the Lord, His Word, and thinking more inline like He thinks, and His will for us. Frequently, His answer to our physical health issues is, "My grace is sufficient for you."

3. Prayers answered by the Lord whether yes or no is also on conditions of events, giving Him exaltation and honor when and if He wants this at the moment, and at times, sometimes not necessarily the factor. A 'yes' answer, according to His purpose and plan for His Kingdom.

4. Some specific sin(s), if we continue in nurturing the sin and grasping on to it in disobedience or rebellion, may hinder prayers being answered.

All of us should give the Lord thanks and praise for answers to prayers, for trust in the yes and no answers. Sometimes we may not see the answers behind the scenes, especially when the Lord answers and enables prayer His ways, in a form we don't expect or fully comprehend. 

Some of many examples of the Lord saying no to our request prayers:

No to entering the Promised Land.

No to King Balak to curse the Israelites.

No to Paul’s travel plans.

No to healing Apostle Paul.

No to favoritism to the Apostles.

No to David building His temple.

I know the plans I have for you,” announces the Lord. “I want you to enjoy success. I do not plan to harm you. I will give you hope for the years to come.” Jeremiah 29:11

But when you pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. Matthew 6:7

 'If I regard sin and baseness in my heart [that is, if I know it is there and do nothing about it], The Lord will not hear [me];

But certainly God has heard [me];

He has given heed to the voice of my prayer.' Psalm 66

Listen! Warnings against Sin..

'Behold, the Lord’s hand is not so short

That it cannot save;

Nor is His ear so dull

That it cannot hear.

But your wrongdoings have caused a separation between you and your God,

And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear'. Isaiah 59

One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. Luke 18

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Matthew 6:9 (This is not meant to be a word-for-word repetition prayer. Our prayer may look like: Father God, I ask for your will and plan for my life, I pray for my temptation and sin...). Prayer is from the heart and mind and doesn't require to be eloquent words.

And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Matthew 6

“I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus…” 1 Corinthians 1:4

“I thank God whom I serve, as did my ancestors, with a clear conscience, as I remember you constantly in my prayers night and day.” 2 Timothy 1:3

“I thank my God always when I remember you in my prayers…” Philemon 1:4

“And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding…” Colossians 1:9

And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.” Philippians 1:9

And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” Mark 11

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. Romans 8 

With every prayer and request, pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be alert with all perseverance and every request for all the saints.. Ephesians 6

“‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the LORD. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts'” Isaiah 55

“Now listen, you who say, ‘Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.’ Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, ‘If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.’” James 4

Sometimes if there's times that you don't know what to pray for, you may still worship, be thankful and glorify your Creator and Savior Jesus Christ in prayer and praise music.

How to pray; for some new Christians that may need some understanding of this and others as well:

Something to keep in the back of our minds as a reminder. The Bible says the Holy Spirit intercedes for us, and when we pray and don't know what to say exactly or where to start sometimes.

Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered. 1 Peter 3:7

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. 1 Peter 3:10..

When you believe and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and follow Him --- God sends the Holy Spirit to indwell you, living through you --- desiring to shine His marvelous light--- guiding your mind, heart, and will.

Turning away from God, or losing your salvation:

With Jesus Christ's recent prophecy during His ministry, Peter denied he knows Jesus Christ (The Messiah), and did it three times. He later felt ashamed, guilty and repented of his actions of his lies, disobedience and betrayal. Peter had lack of faith in the passage with the boat and water. 

Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,.. 1 Timothy 4 

Through trials, and testing your faith, maybe you never had genuine faith in the first place?

Jesus at the table with the Apostles essentially said, the person was not with Him in the first place, didn't get their selfish desire, maybe just an emotional experience and not from the soul, or a false profession of faith. It might have been a rebellion for a season, a trial or deep valley in your life, where you will return to Jesus. Additional possibilities, is that it wasn't an authentic relationship existing with Christ from the beginning, and instead maybe pretending (possibly without recognizing it), only religious, or going through the motions of "church and ministry" or other reasons, attempting to merit or keep your salvation. Might be a specific sin or sinful lifestyle, or it's an emotional feeling, or season of despair in your life? These could be areas you are questioning, or you're intentionally and momentarily running away from the Lord, like we may do, and some Bible characters did at times. Maybe you don't want to give up a particular sin(s) or go in the direction or plan God has for you.

'I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News, but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ.

Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you.  I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed'. Galatians 1

'From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him'. John 6

'They went out from us [seeming at first to be Christians], but they were not really of us [because they were not truly born again and spiritually transformed]; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out [teaching false doctrine], so that it would be clearly shown that none of them are of us'. 1 John 2 {amp}

Did these particular disciples just lose their salvation or perhaps they never had it in the first place?

Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, ‘Lord, open up to us!’ then He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from.’ Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our street. Luke 13

When we often disobey and don't follow the teachings of Christ, we don't get deep rooted in Scripture, it's like building a house on a sand foundation, and this may be one reason for backsliding:

"Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.” Matthew 7

Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.” 1 Peter 1

Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.” Matthew 13

We have much to say about this, but it is hard to make it clear to you because you no longer try to understand. In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil. Hebrews 5

So that you will not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and endurance inherit the promises. Hebrews 6

The Holy Spirit tells us in plain words that in the last days some people will turn away from the faith. They will listen to what is said about spirits and follow the teaching about demons. Those who teach this tell it as the truth when they know it is a lie. They do it so much that their own hearts no longer say it is wrong. 1 Timothy 4

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Ephesians 6:11..

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8

Now to Him who is able to protect you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory, blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord.. Jude 1:24

There are some areas to consider on the topic of resetting your life: when it comes to faith and salvation... being a religious person and doing church ceremonies, these do not save you. In addition, being raised in attending the Christian church, which is generally beneficial if it's theologically sound, doesn't  automatically give you salvation. Trying to earn your way or doing good works your entire life will not save your soul. Family religious tradition and infant water baptism or communion (Eucharist), doesn't give you eternal life as a child, teen or adult—all of this is only a false sense of security of your soul being saved. 

You might have the mindset... if I do enough good in my life to outweigh the bad in the eyes of God, He may let me into heaven. This is not the case, according to the absolute truth of the Bible and what the King of the universe, Jesus Christ, said in His Word. Additionally, we don't make up the rules for acceptance and admission through the gate to everlasting life. Only God establishes this standard.  

His grace, defined as undeserved love or favor: His love and mercy...  the price He paid on the cross, is the primary factors of His Way, Truth and the path to eternal life. We all need to remember, the Lord Jesus Christ first loved us, despite our failure to keep His holy laws. 

We love him, because he first loved us.

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. 1 John 4:19

Equally very important and required alongside the cross to be saved from hell, is believing in Jesus Christ and His resurrection from the dead, confessing your sins to the Lord, and the desire of your heart to follow Christ is the only way to be saved and make it to heaven. 

🎁 Salvation is a gift! But it's not just given to everyone automatically, salvation requires faith, believing, and confessing your sins to Him and truly following Jesus Christ as His Disciple.

There is only one God, one name and one way... going straight to the Mediator Jesus Christ will you obtain the Gift of salvation and eternal life in heaven. If you reject Jesus Christ (the Messiah) you reject God the Father who sent Him. God has the desire, for everyone to go to heaven. However, He gives you the choice to love Him (your Maker) or despise Him. He didn't make you a robot, He made you in His image.

In order to follow Jesus Christ, there's no need to correct your lifestyle and sins first. Restoration of your life follows days and weeks to come. Today, go to Him for salvation. There may be no tomorrow or months to wait, as we don't know what day we may lose our lives. Surrender your life to Him and allow Him to change you, giving you the power and light to battle your future temptation and sins, restoring your soul.

Whereas you know not what shall be tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanishes away.

For that you ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. James 1:14

Are you saved? Today is the day for salvation, don't delay another day. The Bible says...

...for All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.. Romans 3

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:8

Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going; so how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14 {amp}

Do you get cleaned up before you get in the shower?... no. Christ and His love and forgiveness for our transgressions are the same way. You go to Him and confess your sins, to spiritually be clean in your soul, and lift the weight of sin (transgressions) off your mind and shoulders on to Christ with His forgiveness.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold (a slave) under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. Romans 7:14

I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest [forgives] the iniquity [guilt] of my sin. Psalm 32:5

Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.” Matthew 9:13

Before following Jesus Christ, make sure you have a genuine true faith and desire to follow Him. That you are really committed and wanting Christ to change (transform) you.

Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!  2 Corinthians 13

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11

How to get saved and have eternal life...

3 steps to pray (talking to God the Father):

1. Believe - what Jesus Christ (God manifested in human form), His death on the cross did for your sins.

2. Trust - and belief three days later, Jesus Christ rose from the dead bodily.

3. Confess - Jesus Christ is Your Lord and Savior, and confess your sins in repentance, and give your life over to Him to guide you, and His Holy Spirit living through you. 

Does our prayers need to be perfect and eloquent?

No, prayers are from the heart (soul), and are not a religious mantra (word, sound or phrases repeated constantly) like for example; Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Wiccans, some Catholics, and other world religions and cults practice. Biblical prayer is speaking to the Father God, Jesus Christ the Mediator and Holy Spirit, what is on your mind and heart: 

Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26..

Example prayer:  Father God I thank you for the punishment and death Jesus Christ took on the cross, please forgive me for all my sins. I believe you later rose from the dead, and I want you to be my Lord and Savior, and to follow you. I give my life over to you to live through me, in Jesus Christ's name, amen.

How to reset your life with Jesus Christ: not only for Him to be your Savior, but equally important, your Lord... have Him be the pilot of your life.

Start your journey as a new believer and the new faith in Jesus Christ...

Attendance at a denomination or non-denominational church does not save your soul. However, accurate Bible churches are very beneficial for many to learn the Good News of the Gospel of salvation and especially for later growth in the Bible. Most importantly, learning the Word of God is personal Bible study at home several days a week, not just a typical few hours a week at church, or only being a Sunday Christian.

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no means cast out. John 6:37

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 12:29..

False vs genuine Christianity:

For some, it's the mindset of "I'll try God."

This perspective is in error, and already starts with a poor beginning, and likely future collapse of growth in the Lord. We don't try out and see if we like God, and drop Him if we don't get our way often, our plan, our timing and our other high expectations placed on the Lord from our self-centered perspective, wrong motives and desires.

It's full commitment more than anything else in your life. Following Jesus Christ is not like trying a flavor of religion, and changing to another faith, or a little bit of the "best of" every faith. This genuine faith is surrendering your life more and more, to Jesus Christ, allowing Him to live through you. Trusting in His will, His timing, plan and purpose, in our lives and people and events around us.

Committing yourself to the Lord is not like a husband and wife marriage that may end in divorce, maybe due to human sin, addictions, and failures. It's a permanent relationship with your Creator and Savior, looking forward to His promises and eternity.

Should you seek Jesus as the perfect example of why you should believe and follow Him, or a Christian that may fall short of your expectations and decide not to follow Jesus due to someone else?:

If you are an unbeliever atheist, agnostic, or in another world religion, please don't judge Jesus Christ, or insult Him, and reject Him, due to: Christians that frequently fall short of being an example of His love, mercy, forgiveness and salvation. 

Christians may let you down, misjudge, or disappoint you at times and misrepresent Jesus. Genuine Christians reach out to Jesus and are in continuous growth (spiritually under construction, restoration), and are forgiven, but, our fallen nature often still sins, and in many areas, go through trials and deep valleys too. We all need to follow Jesus Christ and the Bible, not other people, church ministry, religious traditions and Christianity.

Most of the time it's not lack of basic head knowledge of the Bible that's an issue for us, it's our lack of love, desire, obedience and heart knowledge as a believer. Many people only rely on head knowledge for salvation, and many are not authentically saved. They may even be in denial of this fact. We need to differentiate between head knowledge and heart knowledge. However, at the same time they are frequently linked. 

How do we follow Jesus and be a genuine believer (Christian)?

You may hear the term "born again."  This phrase is not some sort of cult, as some may believe (like some Catholics may say), it is a biblical term and was originally meant as a new life in Jesus Christ, having the Lord's Holy Spirit indwell you as a new believer. This born again term is to be re-born spiritually and restored in your soul, from the old life to a new life to begin, in the light of Christ, rescued out of spiritual darkness. This is not speaking about a natural physical birth.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3

Marvel not that I said unto thee, You must be born again. John 3:7

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. 1 Peter 1:23

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. John 11:25

That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9

If  we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:36

For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Galatians 5:14

Who is our neighbor? It's not only next door to where we live, but it's also other people around us, at the store, co-workers, or other events.

12 Essentials: to be a genuine follower of Jesus Christ, be accepted by God, enter heaven, and grow in faith and obedience:

• Faith - belief and desire to follow Jesus Christ, that He was virgin birth through Mary, and is indeed eternal (always existing) and reveals Himself in the Old and New Testament.
• Believe - Jesus Christ is God, the Messiah, Son of God (Son of Man).
• Believe - Jesus Christ was physically crucified for your sins, buried, and later rose from the dead bodily.
• Confessing - your sins to the Father and Lord Jesus Christ (He is the only Mediator) and offers the gift of salvation.
• Indwelling - and baptism of the Holy Spirit within you, when you confess your sins, believe and follow Jesus Christ.
• Bible - reading (Inspired Word of God). Get to know the attributes of the Lord, get hope, peace, joy and strength from His Word, and learn what He wants to guide you through life and prepare for eternity.
• Prayer - love, praise and honor to the Creator and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Luke 10:27; You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind. (even though we often fall short in this too).
• Seek - trust and accept the Lord's plan, purpose, discipline, ways and timing.
•  Disciple - Allow the Lord to shine His Light and love through you, starting with possible first step of obedience, water baptism and the potential of sharing your salvation testimony. Being a light yourself by spreading the Good News of the Gospel of salvation, being a godly example as much as possible.
• Surrender - more and more of your life to Jesus over time, with His Holy Spirit living through you. The fruits of the Holy Spirit are listed in Galatians 5:22.
• Servant heart - love, kindness in action towards others, church ministry, unbelievers and believers (may include praying for others). Be willing and available within your personal physical etc. limitations you may have.
• Forgiveness - of others' wrongdoing. (does not necessarily always require reconciliation).

One last note on a stumbling block or barrier for some:

Following Jesus Christ and being authentically saved: it's required to have heart and soul knowledge, loving the Creator and Savior and desiring to follow Him, not just head knowledge of Bible theology. 

Lucifer (now named Satan) has head knowledge of the Bible for thousands of years, apart from heart knowledge and love of Christ, and honoring and acknowledging his Maker. 

Maybe at this time, you may want to take a pause for at least a few minutes or come back to the site page in a few hours, reflect on what you already know and what you read up to that point. Give it some time to work and, if you are ready to do so, possibly pray to the Father God through Jesus Christ's name, before you continue to learn some areas to grow in Christ, listed in the following.

If you are now a new believer in Jesus Christ, or interested in more Bible passages and steps to take for a deeper faith, growth and walk with Him... Christ is our light, salvation, redeemer, permanent joy and peace in the dark storms of life:

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. Ephesians 2:13..

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deuteronomy 6:5

Praise, reverence and thanks to the Lord:

Then I will praise God’s name with singing, and I will honor him with thanksgiving. Psalm 69:30

Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Psalm 106:1

If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes, and make thy supplication to the Almighty; If thou wert pure and upright; surely now he would awake for thee, and make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous. Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase. Job 8:5..

Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.. Colossians 4:2

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: Hebrews 12:28

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. Hebrews 13:15

Grow in love, grace and wisdom of Christ: 

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment.. Philippians 1:9

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Ephesians 4:15

Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:1

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. 2 Peter 3:18

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Hebrews 5:12

And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 1 Corinthians 3:1

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Galatians 5:22..

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Ephesians 6:10..

Avoid conflict before it begins:

Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. Psalm 34:13..

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.1 Peter 3:8..

Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles—when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries. In regard to these, they think it strange that you do not run with them in the same flood of dissipation, speaking evil of you. 1 Peter 4..

Do not take revenge but bless your enemies:

Starting a quarrel is like ·a leak in a dam [letting out water], so stop it [hold back an accusation] before a fight breaks out. Proverbs 17:14 [Exp]

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord. Leviticus 19:18

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.. James 1:19

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. Galatians 5:25..

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

If it be possible, as much as lieth [depends on] in you, live peaceably with all men.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:17..

Jesus is the Rock. Want a strong foundation?

He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. Luke 6:48..

Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. Matthew 13:18..

For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? Psalm 18:31

The stone the builders rejected

   has become the cornerstone,’

and, ‘A stone that causes people to stumble

   and a rock that makes them fall.’

“They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for” 1 Peter 2

He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is he. Deuteronomy 32:4

Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. Psalm 31:3

Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. Psalm 62:6

love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 82:1

High priority for all Christians:

And even now you are not yet ready, for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh and behaving only in a human way?  1 Corinthians 3:1..

His eternal all-knowing plan, purpose and will:

And we know that all things work together [as a plan] for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

For whom he did foreknow [be aware of an event before it happens], he also did predestinate [foreordain by divine decree or purpose]. to be conformed [to be obedient or compliant] to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored first resurrected] among many brethren. Romans 8:28

Choose the world, or the Lord Jesus:

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. 1 John 2:15..

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4

By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. Psalm 33:6..

Stop your foolish [naive; immature; simpleminded] ways, and you will live; take the road of understanding. Proverbs 9:6

In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. Proverbs 14:26

Blessed is the one who fears the Lord always, but whoever hardens his heart will fall into calamity. Proverbs 28:14

Are you hot-tempered or provoke (agitate, relentless teasing) others to anger?

He that is soon angry dealeth [acts] foolishly: and a man of wicked devices [schemes] is hated. Proverbs 14:17

I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling..." 1 Timothy 2:8

But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth." Colossians 3:8

"Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice." Ephesians 4:31

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Ephesians 4:31..

... because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. James 1:20

Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger..." James 1:19

A gentle answer turns away wrath,

But a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise makes knowledge pleasant,

But the mouth of fools spouts foolishness. Proverbs 15:1

A hot-tempered man [woman] stirs up strife, but he [or she] who is slow to anger quiets contention. Proverbs 15:18

Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare. Proverbs 22:24

Jesus entered the temple courts [a place of worship to the One God] and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. Matthew 21:12

One who is slow to anger has great understanding; But one who is quick-tempered exalts foolishness. Proverbs 14:29

But You, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger and abundant in mercy and truth. Psalm 86:15

Cease from anger and abandon wrath; do not get upset; it leads only to evildoing. Psalm 37:8

Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged. Colossians 3:21

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. Proverbs 16:32

Fathers, do not provoke or irritate or exasperate your children [with demands that are trivial or unreasonable or humiliating or abusive; nor by favoritism or indifference; treat them tenderly with lovingkindness], so they will not lose heart and become discouraged or unmotivated [with their spirits broken]. Colossians 3:21 (amp)

The tongue, heart, and self-control:

A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit. Proverbs 15:4

Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles. Proverbs 21:23

For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life. Psalm 31:13

Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. Matthew 15:11

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 1 Peter 2:10..

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Ephesians 4:29

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. Titus 3:2

A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. Luke 6:45

If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. James 1:26..

Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.

Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!

And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:

But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? James 3:4..

An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is a burning fire. Proverbs 16:27

Power of prayer:

“I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus…” 1 Corinthians 1:4

“I thank God whom I serve, as did my ancestors, with a clear conscience, as I remember you constantly in my prayers night and day.” 2 Timothy 1:3

“I thank my God always when I remember you in my prayers…” Philemon 1:4

In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears. Psalm 18:6

The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. Psalm 34:17

The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. Psalm 145:18

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Matthew 5:44

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into the closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Matthew 6:6
