Jesus Christ (the Son) existed before creation. Before... "Let there be light." He was never a created living being.
The Bible clearly establishes the deity (fullness of the Godhead) and humanity of Jesus Christ when He was here on Earth physically.
He (the Son) was present with the heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit in unity and agreement in Genesis chapter one of the Bible; and by and through Jesus the universe was created:
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit [Holy Spirit] of God moved upon the face of the waters. Genesis 1:2
And God said, Let Us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1:26
And the LORD [Yahweh] God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him. Genesis 2:18
Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us... Genesis 3:22
Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one anotherโs speech. Genesis 11:7 (due to mankind's pride & rebellion at tower of Babel)
Who appointed Him with authority over the earth? And who has laid on Him the whole world? If He should set His heart on it, if He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath, all flesh would breathe its last together, and man would return to dust. Job 34:14
And when He said this, He breathed on them and said to them, โReceive the Holy Spirit. John 20:22
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 33:6
Jesus Christ is like no other. He has absolutely no comparison or equal outside of the Father and Holy Spirit.
Does the term "Us" pointed out in previous verses, mean there are two or three God's? No, not whatsoever. There are three (tri) in the one divine essence. However, only one true supreme Creator God. On a smaller scale, humans as created beings, are three in one essence.
JESUS CAME TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM WHAT?
The Son (Jesus Christ), already was existing in heaven with the Father before the New Testament description of the birth through Mary. The Son arrived from there to earth to deliver us from an eternity apart from God. We choose whether to live forever with Him or forever apart from our Creator.
Our sin against a Holy and perfect Creator prevents us from being in His presence. However, there is very good news. By us trusting and following Jesus and believing His physical crucifixion and rising from the dead is the only path to be with our Maker. This is how we're forgiven of our sins and restored in order to enter heaven and be in His presence. The Creator makes this possible only by His mercy, grace, and the gift of salvation. Not by us trying to earn acceptance.
WHAT IS SIN IN OUR LIFE?
Sin is not temptation in itself. Sin is essentially giving in to, practicing or following through with the temptation, immoral act in our hearts, our physical actions and our minds; a selfishness, pride, lust, idolatry and rebellious transgression against the Holy Creator's divine character and established holy laws. In addition, like above, it's when mankind violates and disobeys the righteous will of God.
Continued passages of the Son, from Eternity Past:
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 124:8
In the beginning was the Word [Jesus Christ], and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:1..
Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. Deuteronomy 10:14
Ah Lord God! behold, thou has made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee. Jeremiah 32:17
The Lord created the entirety of space and matter; including an estimate from 200 billion to 2 trillion galaxies. Our galaxy alone contains approximately 100 to 400 billion stars. Our galaxy is about 60,00-100,000 light-years across. He planned, designed, and made all of this and can name the stars by name.
He telleth [counts] the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. Psalm 147:4
Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted [measured] out heaven with the span, and comprehended [calculated] the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? Isaiah 40:12
Thus says God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that gives breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein.. Isaiah 42:5
I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded. Isaiah 45:12
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. Psalm 19:1..
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 33:6
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou has formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. Psalm 90:2
Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honor and majesty.
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Psalm 104:1..
Thou send forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works. He looks on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke. Psalm 104:30..
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 124:8
For thou has possessed my reins [formed my inner parts]: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. Psalm 139:13
JESUS CHRIST IS FULLNESS OF DEITY AND THE SAVIOR (Messiah)
Old Testament ~
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Genesis 1:1..
New Testament~
In the beginning was the Word [Jesus Christ], and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:1..
Jesus had to be God, or there is no atonement for the sins of mankind. Jesus is Mediator between God and man (woman); He paid our sin debt in full for those that have faith, believe and confess their sins.
Jesus Christ eternal is the same nature and divine essence of God (God the Son, became a human being on Earth). Jesus Christ has certain distinct roles within the Godhead. However, He infinitely continues to be fullness of the Deity (Godhead).
Jesus Christ voluntarily withheld some of His attributes as needed, while in a human restricted body, as Jesus and the Father continued in agreement according to their purpose, will, and timing. Jesus Christ in heaven with the Heavenly Father and Holy Spirit has no attributes withheld as stated by totality of the Bible.
Jesus said, "I and the Father are one." The Father, Son, Holy Spirit: all three have many distinct roles from the others in the triune and involvement in our lives. Each one is God, however, there still is only One God, despite us not completely wrapping our minds around this, or even getting close to it. We don't completely comprehend how this works in the Trinity. However, scripture clearly establishes this, and we need to accept this described in the Word of God.
In addition, we don't fully comprehend holy angelic spirit beings and we haven't seen one in person in their spirit body form, outside of the details of angels in the Bible. Furthermore, we have not experienced visually, the spiritual warfare behind the scenes between holy angels (messengers) of God, and fallen demons. However, scripture clearly establishes this, and we need to accept this described in the Word of God.
Additional Credentials of Jesus being God:
"I and the Father are one.โ We need only to look at the Jewsโ reaction to this statement to know Jesus was indeed claiming to be God. The Jews responded by wanting to stone Jesus for this very reason: โYou, a mere man, claim to be Godโ,... from John 10:33.

Man is one person made as a trinity {triune}:
1) a body.
2) soul (individual DNA, personality).
3) spirit (breath of life spirit from God).
God is one and triune. God can do anything and He is not limited in anything He may do. However, He cannot sin. His body is spirit capable of being:
1) the Father {YHWH} is co-eternal,.. co-existing, co- equal and co-powerful, with...
2) the Son {Christ} and with...
3) Holy Spirit.
Additional attributes, the One God is:
I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no Savior. Isaiah 43:11
God incarnate manifested Himself as Jesus Christ, a biological male, man. He is called the "Son" and "King", both masculine titles. Jesus' example prayer; "Our Father." In addition, another 155 times, of 'Father' and many of other mostly masculine traits and titles throughout the Bible.
In the Old Testament there are terms called: Theophany or Christophanies (pre-incarnate appearances of the Son). Like the word trinity and rapture, Christophany is not located in the bible, but the passage concepts are.
For example; God the Son appearing as The Angel of the Lord and many others. These events, prophecies and promises of God within the Old Testament, looking forward once again to the future Messiah, Jesus Christ appearance in the New Testament.
Jesus Christ was not a created being. He was not placed into existence through His physical mother Mary in the first century, around 1 A.D; this was actually God the Son coming down from His position in heaven, God manifested in bodily human form.
Tell and bring them near; yes, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? Who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? There is no God beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Isaiah 45:21

The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the Lord of hosts mustereth the host of the battle. And I saw no temple in it: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb [Jesus] are the temple of it. Revelation 21:22
ONLY THE FATHER KNOWS THE TIME OF JESUS' RETURN?
Jesus Christ is described as the fullness of deity, equal to the Father, and God in numerous Bible verses. Scripture occasionally describes Jesus as less than the Father, but this is during the time that Jesus was physically present on earth. The reason for this is Jesus' humanity, as demonstrated by Matthew 24:36, which states, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." First, this does not imply that verses in the Bible contradict one another, like some may attempt the argument. It does indicate that Jesus was both entirely God and totally man in different passages of the New Testament.
A few points about other religions:
Allah in Arabic (= God) if you want to call Him by this general term from the Islam religion (Muslims), and some former Muslims now following Jesus do, specifically in the Middle East. However, for the Bible and Christians, this term "God" is defined as the triune God; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The I AM, His Son, coming down from heaven (the eternal Jesus Christ) manifested in physical human form. Jesus Christ is both the Son of God and God Himself.
Note: God the Creator is capable of doing anything, so He may easily manifest and reveal Himself in a human body, and be sinless and holy.
Jesus Christ for Mormonism (LDS) Latter-day Saints and for Jehovah's Witnesses is a completely different Jesus than the Jesus of the Bible and Christianity: The LDS and Jehovah's Witness religion definition of Jesus, is Not God in the flesh, and the bodily crucified and bodily resurrected Jesus. Furthermore, the LDS and Jehovah's Witnesses seek to earn their salvation and entrance to heaven or paradise by doing good works. More information is in our cult section of our site.
Jesus Christ of the Bible is the bodily crucified and resurrected God incarnate. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the only true Almighty God, and there is no other besides Him. Jesus Christ is fullness of the Deity (Godhead) bodily.
One of the primary skeptic arguments and loosely used phrases, especially on social media platforms, and from certain world religions is: Jesus Christ never said He was God!
Does Jesus say "I'm God" in the Bible, or does He proclaim this another way? Does Jesus need to walk around and say "hello, I'm God!" during His ministry?
His ways are not our little-minded, very limited human ideas and ways compared to His. Jesus is Fullness of Godhead bodily. Jesus Christ and His foreknowledge, miracles, prophecy, and fulfillment, in addition to signs and wonders, automatically and naturally prove Jesus Christ is God. Then His resurrection, appearances, and fellowship with others for weeks after rising from the dead, place the marvelous and critical importance in support of Jesus being God.
All of this listed, and below Bible verses, there is no need for Him to walk around for decades and tell everyone, "I'm God, and I'll show you why!" Jesus Christ revealed the evidence in His actions of why, without the first part "I'm God" as a necessity. Some think they have a better way to do it than God does.
He knew what they were thinking, and He said to the man with the withered hand, โGet up and come forward!โ And he got up and came forward. Luke 6:8
But Jesus, knowing what they were thinking in their heart, took a child and stood him by His side.. Luke 9:47
But He knew their thoughts and said to them, โAny kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and a house divided against itself falls. Luke 11:17
The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:
For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now has is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. John 4:17
He did not need anyone to testify concerning man, for He Himself knew what was in man. John 2:25
From that city many of the Samaritans believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, โHe told me all the things that I have done.โ John 4:39
There are some of you who do not believe.โ For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him. John 6:64
And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. Matthew 26:21
Jesus answered, "This very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times" Mathew 26:34
You know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. Matthew 26:2
Jesus Christ is God incarnate and eternal. He is the Mediator between God and man. He is the only name, only way and only door to the entrance of heaven. This is not because we say it, which indeed would be intolerant in this case. But it's because Jesus the Son of God said it and established the way.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
Above was a few conclusive passages throughout the Bible. More in our ๐ King of the universe section in FAQ page.
Only Jesus Christ of Nazareth in the 1st Century, had the one-of-a-kind death and resurrection in the history of the earth.

The Father judges no one, for he has given to the Son all the authority to judge. John 5:22

I [Jesus] and my Father are one.
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. John 10:30

You call me Master and Lord: and you say well; for so I am. John 13:13
As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. John 17:2
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6-7 note: Father, doesn't mean Jesus is the Father.
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Romans 14:11
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10
And he [Jesus] said unto them, you are from beneath; I am from above: you are of this world; I am not of this world. John 8:23

God the Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead:
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you. Romans 8:11
For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened [made alive] by the Spirit: 1 Peter 3:18

You or others may think, the Gift of salvation... that's too easy. I need to do something to merit salvation and be right with God.
In reality, there are only three religious systemsโthe true and genuine religion that God laid out for us in the Bible, "the Way," Jesus Christ is the Way (not to be confused with 'The Way' religion sect that used the term, and overall is a cult).
The biblical way is to be fully in a relationship with the Lord like Adam did walking in the Garden of Eden with the Creator. In addition, like the Apostles did in close relationship with Jesus Christ, their Maker (Creator) and Savior.
Secondly, there's the hundreds or thousands of religions developed over time by Satan, our adversary (enemy). His deceptive idols and counterfeits, specifically twisting, inserting, and distorting Jesus and the Bible verses in many forms.
Third, the man-made, pride, self-centered philosophy and rebellious ideas. This frequently includes the second one listed above on Satan's lies, involvement and manipulation...
All those worldly, sinful derived man-made religious systems attempting to reach the god they have pictured in their minds of what he should be like: tradition, ceremonies, and rituals, doing things with good works in our strength with the attempt to get in Godโs graces, like most of the Pharisees did, and failed.
Instead, the Lord's way: receiving salvation is 100% faith and belief first. Good works come second over time as a result, and show evidence of true saving faith. The good works are naturally occurring through faith, love, following, and obeying Jesus Christ. Nobody can earn their salvation on their own merit in any form.
Most Pharisees and Sadducees in the Bible were attempting the good works in their own strength and personal merit, and Jesus corrected and rebuked them. The larger part of the Pharisees sect had a high degree and pride of following the majority of the over 600 laws and still fell short due to the mind and heart motives and sin barrier issues. Even though they thought otherwise and made themselves appear to be more righteous, especially in public.
Most importantly, they rejected Jesus the God-man Mashiach (Messiah). In doing so, they were actually rejecting the Father they thought they were worshipping.
For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:20
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you devour widowsโ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore you shall receive the greater damnation. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, you make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Matthew 23:13..
WHAT IS THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Matthew 22:37
Don't make it about what you did in your effort and participation to earn or sustain your salvation. It's all of what Jesus did on the cross: His love, grace, mercy, salvation, and gift... His works, not ours. We need to surrender our life to Him and have Jesus Christ take the driver's seat, or be the pilot.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. Romans 5:8
That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9
We love him, because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19
And thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mark 12:30
IS JESUS CHRIST THE ONLY JESUS IN SOME OF THE WORLD RELIGIONS?
In the Bible, He is not defined as another Islamic prophet or another great inspirational and enlightened teacher for secular historians, religious sects of Judaism, Hinduism, or Buddhism.
Jesus is not an angel or person that eventually will or became a god of many, like in Mormonism or for Jehovah's Witnesses. Jesus is not a spirit brother of Lucifer the fallen angel, now Satan the Devil and our adversary, that has the goal to kill, steal, and destroy us in many ways, including his primary tool of deception.
According to the Bible of 40 authors in alignment and agreement, over 1,500 years: there is only one definition describing Jesus Christ: the Jesus that did miracles... healed and resurrected people.
The Jesus of the Bible had prophecies and fulfillment of the Old Testament (old covenants) and prophecies of a future saviour and Messiah (Mashiach), and performed signs and wonders. He is the bodily crucified and resurrected Jesus Christ for Bible believing Christians. The Jesus defined as God incarnate, the Mediator and Messiah.
For Judaism, a Messiah in Hebrew: Mashiach, ืึธืฉึดืืืึท, is originally defined as any person anointed by a priest or prophet of G-d, a king, savior and liberator figure in Jewish eschatology. Yeshua HaMashiach is Hebrew for โJesus the Messiah.โ The name of Jesus in Greek is "แผธฮทฯฮฟแฟฆฯ" (pronounced (ee-ay-sooce) "Iฤsoลซs." Not to be confused with the Greek god Zeus. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.โ Thomas said to him, โMy Lord and my God!โ John 20:27
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.. 1 Timothy 2:5
I am the gate. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved. He will come in and go out and find pasture. John 10:9
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies." John 11:25
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 10:33
And he [Jesus] said unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. Matthew 4:19
To another he said, โFollow me.โ But he said, โLord, let me first go and bury my father.โ And Jesus said to him, โLeave the dead to bury their own dead. But as for you, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.โ Yet another said, โI will follow you, Lord, but let me first say farewell to those at my home.โ Luke 9:57
If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him. John 12:26
There are Not many paths or many world religion choices to the same God of heaven. There is only one Way, truth and life, and this path may only be found in Jesus Christ.
The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you. 2 Chronicles 15:2
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.. Romans 3:24
But God commendeth [expresses] his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.. Hebrews 9:27
WHAT IS THE FREE GIFT OF SALVATION NOT ABOUT?
It's not about setting us free to go sin all we want and be guilt-free as well. On the contrary, the gift is soul-saving eternal life through the Lord's love, mercy, grace, and self-sacrifice. It takes us to seek, trust, surrender, and follow Jesus Christ.
After salvation, it's to be more and more like Jesus (conform to His ways, and less of conforming to the world), and some of His holy traits as much as humanly possible. However, we will continue to fall short and sin at times in our mind and hearts while in this body. But we cannot even get close to accomplishing this, due to the fact Jesus is sinless and God. This will be accomplished for believers when we are in heaven and our future glorified bodies.
What shall we say [to all this]? Should we continue in sin and practice sin as a habit so that [Godโs gift of] grace may increase and overflow? Certainly not! How can we, the very ones who died to sin, continue to live in it any longer? Romans 6:1.. (AMP)
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. [Spirit] Titus 3:5
Jesus said unto him, I AM the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 (JUB)
Jesus said to him, โI am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6 (AMP)

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35
In 2,000+ years, has Jesus Christ's Word (the Old Testament too) and Good News of the Gospel passed away?
Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord. Ezekiel 38:23
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God. Ezekiel 39:29
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth [shines] even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:27
But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. And all the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left. Matthew 25:31
And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, โMen of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.โ Acts 1:10
"So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.โ Hebrews 9:28

IS JESUS MORE THAN A BABY IN A MANGER?
Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed (engaged) to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. Matthew 1:18
And the angel answered and said to her, โThe Holy Spirit will come upon you [Mary], and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. [Immanuel] Referring to ~Jesus Christ~ Luke 1:35
Throughout the Old Testament of the Bible, many passages point to the future โ the Messiah, the New Testament message... and Jesus Christ. He continues to tell us there is only one way to the Creator, Father of Heaven, and establishes He is the way and the only way to enter His kingdom.
If we continue to reject Christ and follow another path โ the individual makes the choice before their death to be separated from Him, and go to a place called hell.
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.. Hebrews 9
If you do not genuinely confess your sins and Follow Christ, you shall not have the Father of heaven either... Jesus Christ says in John 14:6, โI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.โ
No one, regardless of personal holiness, church attendance, tithing, water baptism, rituals, good works, or religious ceremonies, may go to God the Father. We can only enter heaven through Jesus Christ's sacrifice as the Savior and Mediator of mankind.
Some may ask, what about people in other countries that don't hear about Jesus Christ?
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 1:20..
For the ones that heard about Jesus Christ or the people that have not, in addition, based on individual knowledge and who they worship and potentially other factors like age: the Creator is the perfect, fair and all-knowing judge of everyone's hearts and minds for all of mankind on Earth from the beginning of time. Salvation of your soul is a gift from the Lord. Something for people in the cults, individuals practicing the occult, and other faiths and religions to seriously consider.
However, in order to receive this gift... it is required for us to ask for forgiveness of our sins and believe Jesus died and rose from the dead bodily.
In addition, after receiving salvation, to follow Jesus like how the apostles and disciples pursued Him as their Lord, not only their Savior. We need to continue learning about Jesus Christ and His Word.
Furthermore, to follow Him like one of the two thieves on the cross next to Jesus did in heart and mind, in contrast, to the other person on the cross, appears to make the decision to reject Jesus.
WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE OF JESUS CHRIST CLAIMING TO BE THE ONLY WAY, AND ONLY ABLSOUTE TRUTH?
There is proof established from Old Testament prophecies from the Laws and Prophets: this Creator revealed knowledge only He would know, being fulfilled in dozens of ways, supporting Jesus to be sent by God the Father.
Some may say: if Jesus is truly God (the Creator), God can't die. They might also ask... how did God die on the cross?
Jesus' human body died on the cross for the world and three days later rose from the dead; however, His Spirit-soul did not die on the cross, only His physical body did.
Jesus Christ being God incarnate, His eternal nature and soul continued in existence during the three days His body was dead. Our spirit souls in our bodies are made to be eternal as well. Jesus (the Son), His fullness of deity, has always been, and was never a created being.
Jesus is the only one to have claimed He was the Son of God, and to have come down from heaven. He was on earth for 33 years during His ministry โ and after rising from the dead โ and being around in fellowship with His apostles and disciples. In addition, Jesus had several weeks of contact with over 500 people, then ascended (returned back to His kingdom in heaven).
Evidently, Jesus Christ is the only person to have lived a sinless and righteous life, and He is the only sacrifice for sin. Christ is the only person to have conquered spiritual death for all time and offer us true, everlasting life.
He said His words are life, He promised that those who believe and follow Him will have eternal life. Christ is the Messiah, and the resurrection and the lifeโHe is KING of Kings and LORD of Lords, the "I Am," the First and the LastโNo one else can rightly claim those names and titles.
He was the perfect holy, one-time sacrifice and Savior for the world, much more than a great spiritual teacher or a prophet.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE CREATOR IN HIUMAN FLESH
"For by Him (Christ) all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him." Colossians 1
"For in Him (Christ) dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;
and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power." Colossians 2
Jesus said to them, โMost assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.โ John 8
Jesus Christ took a position as a human being, but He was not inferior to God the Father. Jesus, along with being the fullness of the Godhead, is fully man, possessing a real human nature. Jesus is God (theos in Greek).
Jesus Christ is not a created being. He is self-existent (has always existed); He is co-equal, co-powerful, and co-eternal with the Father, and the Holy Spirit, and there is only One Almighty Supreme Creator God of the universe. Genesis 1, Isaiah 43, Psalm 110, John 1, John 14, Hebrews 1, Colossians 2, 1 John 5, and beyond.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, โI am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in (spiritual) darkness, but will have the light of life.โ John 8
Jesus Christ the Slain Lamb of God ~
The lamb is a metaphor, but more importantly, it's Jesus as the literal sacrificial lamb for the sins of the world. The lamb symbolizes meekness, innocence, purity, gentleness, sacrificial love and His forgiveness.
Jesus is the only perfect, holy, sinless human (spotless lamb). Jesus Christ voluntarily laid down His life, permitting them to punish and crucify Him. This was Jesus' destiny for the cross (atonement, price paid), in order to redeem (restore) us in the Father's eyes if we confess our sins and follow Him.
A secular Roman senator and historian Publius Tacitus referred to Jesus and his execution by Pontius Pilate:
"Christus [Christ], from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus,..."
Another example from an external source, Pliny of Younger, the governor of Pontus from 111 AD, (about 78 years after Jesus), part of a letter to the Roman Emperor Trajan:
"...they [Christians] were accustomed to meet on a fixed day before dawn and sing responsively a hymn to Christ as to a god,.."
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. Isaiah 53:7
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John 1:29
The Father loves me because I (Jesus) sacrifice my life [on the cross] so I may take it back again. No one can take my life from me. I sacrifice it voluntarily. For I have the authority to lay it down when I want to and also to take it up again. John 10:17.. (NLT paraphrase)
What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. Luke 15:4..
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. 1 Corinthians 3:15..
Jesus Christ had No Sin:
For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:21
And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 1 John 3:5
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Hebrews 4:15
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that Holy One which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. Luke 1:35
But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 1 Peter 1:19
Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth.. 1 Peter 2:22
The Messiah's Atonement for our Sins:
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel [แผฮผฮผฮฑฮฝฮฟฯ ฮฎฮป in Greek], which being interpreted is, God [ฮฮตฯฯ] with us. Matthew 1:23
He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: โThe Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.โ โThen they remembered his words. Luke 24:6..
In addition, some of our women amazed us. They went to the tomb early this morning but didnโt find his body. They came and told us that they had seen a vision of angels, who said he was alive. Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but they did not see Jesus. Luke 24:22..
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be you reconciled to God. For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:20..
He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. Matthew 28:6
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted [alarmed]: You seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. Mark 16:6
And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee.. Luke 24:3..
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
She saith [said] unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. John 11:25..
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4
But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 1 Corinthians 15:20
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 1 Thessalonians 4:14
Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sits upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. Revelation 5:12
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Revelation 6:16
For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Revelation 7:17
And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. Revelation 12:11
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear. Revelation 13:8..
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Revelation 21:1
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.โ
Then He who sat on the throne said, โBehold, I make all things new.โ And He said to me, โWrite, for these words are true and faithful.โ
And He said to me, โIt is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. Revelation 21:4
The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lambโs Book of Life. Revelation 21:23
And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him.. Revelation 22:3
Slain in Greek - sphazล; to slay, slaughter, butcher, to put to death by mortally wounding and violence.
Lion of the tribe of Judah:
They shall go after the Lord; he will roar like a lion; when he roars, his children shall come trembling from the west.. Hosea 11:10
The Lord roars from Zion, and utters his voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens and the earth quake. But the Lord is a refuge to his people, a stronghold to the people of Israel. Joel 3:16
For thus the Lord said to me, โAs a lion or a young lion growls over his prey, and when a band of shepherds is called out against him he is not terrified by their shouting or daunted at their noise, so the Lord of hosts will come down to fight on Mount Zion and on its hill. Isaiah 31:4
Judah is a lion's whelp [cub]: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? Genesis 49:9 [Jesus from the tribe of Judah].
And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Revelation 5:5
But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion's mouth. 2 Timothy 4:17
And I will put enmity between you [Satan] and the woman [Eve],
And between your seed and her seed;
He [Jesus] shall bruise you on the head,
And you [Satan] shall bruise him [Jesus] on the heel.โ Genesis 3:15
Mary gave birth to the Son of God. The WordโJesus Christ, God revealing Himself from heaven, made flesh. In addition, the Son has always existed and was never a created being. The Creator God of the universe doesn't have a mother, He has always been in eternal existence.
The amazing godly woman Mary was a vessel of the eternal Son to manifest Himself from heaven for the destiny of the cross and resurrection, as the God-man (fully divine nature and fully human nature, but without sin). Immanuel, God with us.
Then Mary said, โBehold, I am the servant [handmaid: serve or assist] of the Lord. Let it be done to me according to your word.โ Luke 1:38
And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. Luke 1:47 (Mary needed a Savior for her sins)
I gave My [Jesus the Son] back to those who struck Me, and My cheeks to those who plucked out the beard; I did not hide My face from shame and spitting. Isaiah 50
โI will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him [Jesus] like the bitter weeping over a firstborn. Zacharia 12:10
As many were astonished at youโ his appearance was so marred, beyond human semblance [disfigured], and His form beyond that of the children of mankind [the sons of mankind]. Isaiah 52
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so He opened not His mouth. Isaiah 53
Why do the heathen rage, and the people murmur in vain.
The kings of the earth band themselves, and the Princes are assembled together against the Lord, and against his Christ. [Anointed] Psalm 2:1 (1599 GNV)
Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Philippians 2
Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.โ Matthew 20
But Jesus said to him, โPut your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword. Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions [24,000-72,000?] of angels? How then could the Scriptures be fulfilled, that it must happen thus?โ [His destiny] Matthew 26
And they spit on him and took the reed and struck him on the head. Matthew 27
When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, โSurely he was the Son of God!โ Matthew 27
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit..1 Peter 3
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures.. 1 Corinthians 15
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree [cross], that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. 1 Peter 2
He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2
But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike. I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happenโ that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles. Acts 26:22
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5
When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, โIt is finished,โ and he bowed His head and gave up his spirit. John 19
He isnโt here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee, saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?โ Matthew 24:6
These horrible events and the Roman crucifixion listed in the verses above that happened to Jesus Christ the Messiah are just about the perfect example of how the Lord may turn evil and traumatic things, eventually and ultimately, to work together for the good, in His plan and timing.
What Christ did to Satan in this action of atonement on the cross and resurrection, defeating spiritual death and giving us the opportunity of the free gift of eternal life.
