For over two thousand years, Jesus Christ has been the most well-known awe-inspiring man on earth of all time. Most secular historians, Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Wiccans, Satanists, Atheists, Agnostics and other world religions know about and acknowledge Jesus. Many Christians love Him and believe He is God revealed as Savior in human form. However, others don't believe God exists, there are many Gods, and question His ways. They believe He's only a great teacher or prophet, and others don't believe He existed in history, with some going as far as despising Him. They all mostly know Jesus Christ's existence and numerous teachings to different degrees and discuss and debate in personal lives and on social media platforms, the Bible, His name, life ministry, and salvation message, more than anyone else on the planet.
From the beginning of time, people have been trying to figure out what the origination of mankind may be, what this may look like, and if there is a God, or many Gods. What about evolution, life after death, spiritual enlightenment, witchcraft, casting spells, or reincarnation?βand what the claims, facts and evidence conclude.
Finally, the meaning of life, who or what do we follow or worship, is there true hope and peace, and ultimately what happens after death. We begin with a short definition of Cults vs. Occult...

Jesus Christ is the true Light, in our spiritually blind lives
Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed (engaged) to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. Matthew 1
Christ came down from heaven by the Holy Spirit, into the Virgin Mary: βThe Holy Spirit will come upon you (Mary), and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of G-d. (Immanuel) Jesus Christ. Luke 1
Throughout the Old Testament Scripture, many passages point to the future β the Messiah, the New Testament message... and Jesus Christ. He continues to tell us there is only one way to the Creator, Father of Heaven, and establishes He is the way and the only way to enter His kingdom.
If we continue to reject Christ and follow another path β the individual makes the choice before their death to be separated from Him, and go to a place called hell.
If you do not genuinely confess your sins and Follow Christ, you shall not have the Father of heaven either... Jesus Christ says in John 14:6, βI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.β
No one, regardless of personal holiness, church, water baptism, rituals, good works, or religiosity, may go to G-d the Father except through Jesus Christ's sacrifice as the Savior and Mediator of mankind.
Salvation of your soul is a gift from the Lord. Something for people in the cults, individuals practicing the occult, and other faiths and religions to seriously consider.
However, in order to receive this gift... it is required for us to ask for forgiveness of our sins and believe Jesus died and rose from the dead bodily. Furthermore, to follow Him like one of the two thieves on the cross next to Jesus did, in contrast, to the other person on the cross, appears to make the decision to reject Jesus. In addition, after receiving salvation, to follow Jesus like how the Apostles and Disciples pursued Him as their Lord and Savior, learning about Jesus Christ and His Word.
Where is the evidence of Jesus Christ claiming to be the only way, and the only truth?
There is proof established from Old Testament prophecies from the Laws and Prophets: this Creator revealed knowledge only He would know, being fulfilled in dozens of ways, supporting Jesus to be sent by G-d the Father.
Some may say: if Jesus is God, God can't die. They might ask, how did God die on the cross?
Jesus' human body died on the cross for the world and three days later rose from the dead; however, His Spirit-soul did not die on the cross. His physical body did.
Jesus Christ being G-d incarnate, His eternal nature and soul continued in existence during the three days His body was dead. Our spirit souls in our bodies are made to be eternal as well. Jesus (the Son), His fullness of deity, has always been, and was never a created being.
Jesus is the only one to have claimed He was the Son of G-d, and to have come down from heaven. He was on earth for 33 years during His ministry β and after rising from the dead β and being around in fellowship with His apostles and disciples. In addition, Jesus had several weeks of contact with over 500 people, then ascended (returned back to His kingdom in heaven).
Evidently, Jesus Christ is the only person to have lived a sinless and righteous life, and He is the only sacrifice for sin. Christ is the only person to have conquered spiritual death for all time and offer us true, everlasting life.
He said His words are life, He promised that those who believe and follow Him will have eternal life. Christ is the Messiah, and the resurrection and the lifeβHe is KING of Kings and LORD of Lords, the "I Am," the First and the LastβNo one else can rightly claim those names and titles.
He was the perfect holy, one-time sacrifice and Savior for the world, much more than a great spiritual teacher or a prophet.
10 primary fundamental areas β reveals the proof and existence of G-d the Creator:
β’ The design and complex creation of the planets and universe
β’ Creation of every sort of vegetation and the animals
β’ Intricate design and creation of mankind
β’ Absolute truth of the Word of the Lord
β’ Transformed lives from the old life of sin
β’ The virgin birth of Jesus Christ
β’ The Creator G-d manifested (made visible) Himself in Jesus Christ to mankind
β’ His prophecies and continued fulfillment
β’ The miracles performed in the Bible
β’ Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead
Jesus Christ is the Creator in human flesh:
"For by Him (Christ) all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him." Colossians 1
"For in Him (Christ) dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;
and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power." Colossians 2
Jesus said to them, βMost assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.β John 8
Jesus Christ took a position as a human being, but He was not inferior to G-d the Father. Jesus, along with being the fullness of the Godhead, is fully man, possessing a real human nature. Jesus is God (theos in Greek).
Jesus Christ is Not a created being. He has always existed; He is co-equal, co-powerful, and co-eternal with the Father, and the Holy Spirit, and there is only One Almighty Supreme G-d of the universe. Genesis 1, Isaiah 43, Psalm 110, John 1, John 14, Hebrews 1, Colossians 2, 1 John 5, and beyond.
The cults and occult have many beliefs that are sincere to the individuals or organizations that may practice or adhere to them, but are misguided according to Christian Scriptures, the Creator, and Jesus Christ's teachings.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, βI am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in (spiritual) darkness, but will have the light of life.β John 8 Learn about the Light γγ
It is highly recommended to read the Bible as well as this Light Afterglow site, not straight through in a few of weeks, but several months or more. Furthermore, the Bible is not like other books to be frequently read from beginning to end, Genesis to Revelation. But to cross-reference and interpret verses or passages with other similar topic passages throughout the Bible, but importantly, to retain context. It's also a suggested idea for new believers to start reading initially with the book of John, as it covers some of generalized creation of the world as well. You may even have the desire to read the Book of Genesis, then later begin John, which is a good method to start your journey.
There is a lot of information to take in and grow deep in the Lord's Word. We encourage you to take your time and allow the message to sink in and the Holy Spirit to work in and through you. Please, like everything, test all things you learn about the Bible, or from life, science, philosophy, spirituality, teachers, pastors, professors, social media, and from this website, to the established absolute truth of the Bible:
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.. 2 Timothy 3:16..
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1..
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
There is Good News, Peace and Hope! You can choose to turn on the light and allow Jesus Christ's love and light to shine through you...
